I always come back to this album, it really is one of my favourite drone albums ever, and I particularly love A Bao a Qu. It may sound weird, but this track really moves me.
i'm not gonna pretend like this is super accesible or easy to listen to, or even that i prefer this over their more traditional releases. but what you can't understand is that the people that do enjoy this, listen to it from a different perspective. it's more like a journey, collecting all the different sounds in your head and piecing together the meaning, or what you take from it. it's almost like depriving yourself of some of the normal standards of music to achieve a different plane of enjoyment. it takes a bit more work to enjoy it but it's worth it, and that's why more open minded people enjoy it.. because they trust that others were moved by it instead of blowing it off like you did
I don't understand where your comment is coming from? I assume you mean to be disrespectful arrogant in some way but i'm just not understanding what the purpose is? Do you have trouble understanding the concept of taste and how every person looks for different things in art? Do you need someone to explain it to you slowly?
This album is so good even the URL is saying "Lawd"

@@acecutioner exactly. If you just let go a little, this album wraps itself around you, and you sort of disappear for a while.
You have to give yourself over to it and it caresses the depth of your being. It's why people Revere this band.
