Yes dear, 20 % will be sensitizing. Dont use it directly. Go with the 10%

For dark spot :10/10
Even skin tone/brightening: 2/10

It's a combination of many brightening ingredients. Vit C , turmeric root extract also. Can you check on it?

I won't suggest both together. Salicylic acid is already there in Chemical peel.
You can use chemical peel once a month and salicylic acid as a weekly exfoliant.
