Finally someone who doesn't just spam realms shifts and call it a god build. That just makes it boring, I'd rather kill bosses fair and square cos it's more fun that way.
One thing that gave me a little bit of an advantage was beating Sigrún (GMGOW) in the first game. She's way more brutal in every aspect so I already felt prepared for Gná since she uses plenty of recycled moves.
I think what trips most people up with BK is his Bifrost AOE toward the last few health bars. Not keeping that in check can result in you getting OHK'd even by chip damage, so I get it lol
Took me a thousand attempt to kill the King. Got Gna after 4 - 5. The king felt like a super saiyan to me. Teleporting, throwing genkidamas y kamehames all over the place. Gna does nothing of all that.
She's harder than the beserker king imo. It took me many many hours over 2 days to beat her but after a brief few warmup rounds a couple days break I killed the king in 3 tries and didn't have the urge to yell at the TV like I did with gna.

I fought her with purple a bit easier than your red lvl but i spent about half an hour to beat
