As someone who has worked in a call centre when I was 19, it’s a completely rubbish job, You got a manager breathing down your neck and constantly complaining because people don’t want to be sold stuff, you got colleagues who think they’re better than you but really they’re just bitter because they’re old and hate the fact they can’t leave whereas you have youth on your side so you can leave that job and have other options, It’s boring, base pay is rubbish and it’s dead end. I do not recommend working in a call centre.
