Chu, we can't stop watching all your videos. I grew up in Malaysia but live in Australia now. My wife is also Korean who lived in KL for 10 years. We are 're-living' our Malaysian life vicariously through your CZcams videos everyday now. We haven't been back to Malaysia for 3 years now and my wife says she wants to go to every restaurant you've been to when we go back to KL, Ipoh and Penang end of this year. You are teaching me a new way to enjoy roti canai…this bro.
Used to go to their humble little shop under the tree when I was much younger. Back then, their rotis were nice, chicken so soft it fell off the bone, the beef so tender, dalca thick enough to coat the roti. Decades later, the rotis and curries taste different and thin/diluted now. Sadly, it is no longer my favourite place to have roti canai. The shop is still famous though.
This is my favorite roti canai mamak restaurant.. For me personally, roti canai argyll road is better than transfer road.. I love eat this roti canai with beef.. sometimes tapau beef sauce to eat with rice..😋😋
some people like it crispy so they dont mix with kuah
some people like soaky and soft so they mix kuah banjir
