That was incredibly sad. I couldn't help getting emotional when I saw how Cory was sitting by himself in the corner. I hope he was able to cope & move on. When I see things like this, it really confounds me that some people think animals don't have feelings or emotions. Cory was definitely grieving the loss of his little friend.

Why were they making it seem like Cory had an issue with Jessie clinging to him?
She also said " it seems odd that a male would allow something like that." I find it odd that they seem to be projecting their perceptions onto the sloths. There have been many documented cases of animals fostering other animals (sometimes not even of the same species) so why would it be odd for a male sloth. Even more apparent by Cory's behaviour after Jessie passes.

awee that poor sloth Cory, he was so happy having his little buddy literally hanging around him all the time, and now that his little buddy sloth is gone awe he looked so so sad and withdrawn sitting in the corner, and when you see how he looked with jesse it was almost like he was smiling, and without him he actually looked like he was crying, or had the look of severe depression on his poor cute little sloth face, i hope he finds a new friend or at least i hope he gets back to doing whatever sloths do which to me is climb, sleep, eat, scratch, sleep, eat, scratch again, and then back to climbing again, but awe he was so happy having his little friend around, and awe sloths are so adorable i think the first time i seen one i already had a soft spot for them in my heart, now everytime i see them i just want to hold one even though i've only seem them online, i'd love to have one tho they're just like babies when you hold them, fragile, and to me seem to have such a warm heart. even their name is cute, a sloth. poor jesse RIP LIL BUDDY.
