Very oddly, I have a strong memory of Perer Pan's ride. Those 5 seconds where I didnt know how the heck were we flying were the ones I felt real Disney Magic.
That ride just feels so "Disney" to me!
the peter pan ride was the first ride i ever rode at disneyland and i was like 5 and my older sister made cry cause she told me we were actually gonna fly 🤣
I know it was just like you were flying and in fact I would brace my feet on the bottom of the ride
It’s because they have a lever that sends you up and down
when i was a kid for years i genuinely thought we were flying
You know it’s going to be a good day when DFB and AllEars post in the same hour 😊
I had trouble picking which one to watch ha!
I really really miss Toon Town and all the characters houses and that big tent that you could visit the characters in! RIP the 90s ❤
DFB has been my comfort zone for years now. I’ve been watching these videos dreaming of Disney World and now I finally get to go for my honeymoon for the first time in May❤❤❤
Thank you for being here for us in a world full of Chaos to bring a little magic to our days!
Love how when AJ is rating Space Mountain she says “Bria wants it to be a nine out of ten, I’m gonna give it an eight out of ten.” All nice and whatnot. However when it comes to the PeopleMover she says “Bria wants this to be an eight out of ten, SHE IS WRONG, this is a ten out of ten”😂 totally agree tho
13:54 = FACT
The Peoplemover is a 10/10 🤩☀️
Bria wanting to rank it 8/10 though 😮 i will not tolerate the people mover slander 😂
Factual
I started this video and said to myself “If People Mover isn’t the highest ranked than this entire video is shenanigans.” I was not disappointed.
Thats actually an opinion…the fact is it is over rated
Fact!!!
Like, I love the People Mover. It is a nice, chill ride that lets you take in the Disney atmosphere like no other.
But, like putting it above space mountain just feels wrong.
One of the things I love about the Prince Charming Carousel is that it's the oldest ride in all of Disney.
It was originally elsewhere and the ride itself is over 100 years old!
That's actually really cool honestly
It’s a Disney Icon!
Are you referring to the one at Disneyland or WDW?
How is it over 100 years old if Disney was founded just 100 years ago?
@@joyluxroadto5004 it was originally located at a different park before Disney World
Haunted Mansion is an absolute must every time I'm at Magic Kingdom.
I went during covid and this attraction was apparently greatly toned down? So much so, I was disappointed by it. But we are going again in November so I am excited to give it a second chance.
The Carousel of Progress is my favorite ride to cool off. It's my hidden gem. It's also one of my favorite attractions
so many hidden mickey too!
the reason AJ didn't rank that attraction is because it is a show
Yeah, but the only Cast Member death that was recorded on campus occured on that ride (most deaths, Cast or Guest, are sent to Celebration Hospital nearby through a deal Disney has to be declared so they don't have a bunch of bodies on the "happiest place on earth.") I'd much rather ride the other original World's Fair ride that hasn't killed anyone (the Peoplemover, which I love because it's relaxing to me, and it's a calm and quiet place to calm down if I get overwhelmed with my Autism in the park) than the one that literally sucked the exit Cast Member into the space between the rotating wall and the stationary wall and shredded her like making buffalo chicken dip.
@@greenpiersystem but the death is a fake rumor that never really happened; i read a comment on an america sings video that said the scream of a cast member being smashed by the rotating theater was added in and therefore it is fake
also hello fellow autistic person :)
Ik As soon as I realized I missed it I went to the comments and waited for someone to say it😢
I got PTSD from it‘s a small world. got stuck in there one time for 45 minutes. and they didnt turn off the music. hearing that sound for thst long without end almost took me over the edge
😂
I agree with your cohort. Space Mountain is definitely my favorite ride of all time! I have so many great memories of the ride-including getting to ride with the lights on. It was freaky for sure, but truly one experience I’ll never forget. 10/10 for me.
Best ride I got on at magic kingdom and the 7 dwarfs!!
Haunted Mansion-- 10/10. I could literally spend an entire day just doing this ride.
23:00 It’s wild how much your tolerance to spinning decreases when you get older. I used to spin around in circles for fun and now if I turn around too fast, I get dizzy.
I have been avoiding MK because I don't want to do dizzy rides. Yuck
Would love a video on shows. We are travelling with 2 elderly people who don’t want to ride anything but the most gentle rides, and want to keep them entertained rather than just always be waiting.
That's me..I'm all about the shows, but I do enjoy the rides too.
Mr. Toad's Wild Ride scared me to tears when I was four. My mom practically had to carry me out. For years, I simply was too afraid to ride Space Mountain. I'm a baby when it comes to rides. But I decided in 2010 after auditioning to be a parade performer at DisneyLand and getting promptly sent out the other door to go into the park and ride Space Mountain. I fell in love immediately and I can't wait to go back! I moved back to LA 6 years ago and I really want to go back to DisneyLand this summer. I went to California Adventure in 2017 but not the Magic Kingdom.
Watching this as I pack for Disney! Leaving on Friday 🤩🤩
I adored it's a small world as a kid, every time I went to Disneyland I had to on it. As an adult I think the message it's telling is a great one.
I went for the first time (that I can remember) back in October. I remember waiting all day for the wait times for Seven Dwarfs to go down, and finally it had gotten down to 40 minutes, which is the shortest I saw it all day. I will say, as much as I loved it, it was WAY too short of a ride in my opinion. Honestly if they added like another minute to the ride I would have felt better, but I got off feeling like I just waited 40 minutes for a ride that felt like lasted 1 minute. Unless I go with someone who’s never been before, and the wait time isn’t 30 minutes or less, I don’t know if I’ll ride it again. This may be unpopular opinion, and it seems like it is considering the wait time is almost always between 50-80 minutes lol.
ummm.. i mean, most coasters are shorter than a minute, so when you compare it to ride length of coasters its not really that crazy short of a ride. people have ALWAYS had to wait hour long lines for less than a minute on a ride, thats just how it goes at almost any amusement park.
@@himynameiscorey but in Disney there’s a lot of attractions that are 40-50 minute wait times and the ride feels like it lasts a lot longer. Splash Mountain is 10 minutes, Haunted Mansion is 5. Big Thunder Mountain and Seven Dwarfs are the same amount of time at 3 minutes, however the dark ride portion not being longer on SDMT is the reason I think it felt so short.
I'm with you. I really like the ride and think it's fun but it definitely isn't worth waiting more than 30 minutes, if that.
@@himynameiscorey most coasters are ~2 mins, definitely not under 1 min unless it’s a Top Thrill Dragster type coaster.
I hated the ride because my family went in 2017 and had a fart pass but still waited an hour only for it to breakdown, we came back later on the trip and waited thirty minutes and it’s way too short, and the roller coaster parts are like parts of a kiddie coaster but longer, I will give it credit for the mine scene tho, that is the best part of the ride with the hi hos
So this is more a RATING Of every single ride, not a RANKING.
A ranking would be an order, with one ride being the BEST in the park and one being the WORST.
A rating is the 5/10, 7/10, 9/10 stuff in this video.
This! When she started with jungle cruise, I almost lost my frickin mind thinking she was ranking that as the worst ride in magic kingdom 😂
I understand how the people mover is a great way to cool off. Hidden gem for sure.
However.
Haunted mansion? Pirates? Splash? All less than worthy? 🥴
I TOTALLY AGREE!!! PEOPLE MOVER OVER THE RIDES??!! Besides that, only a 5 for the Speedway? This is a ride for little kids! Ok, so, adults might not like it, but it’s not for adults. It should have been a 10 out of 10 because it creates great memories for a child!
I’m sorry but she rated the people mover over expedition Everest as well, talk about biased lmao
Gotta talk about the smells. They play an important part of the the attractions/ride.
I adore The People Mover! 10/10 all the way! I used to ride it with my grandparents when I was young and I'm still mourning the loss of Delta Dream flight. Tomorrowland may you forever stay in yester-year! 🤣
How did you know this is exactly what I have been searching for. I hope the other parks are coming soon 😊
🔮
@DFBGuide is that Epcot
@@BigBGaming399 DFB probably meant it as they knew that’s exactly what the commenter was looking for
@@BigBGaming399 I think its a crystal ball. So as to say the original commenter could tell the future!
I once asked an MK cast member if Jungle Cruise was ever done "straight". I was told that it was for a couple years in Disneyland, but never in Magic Kingdom.
I would also LOVE one that ranks every performance/show at the park
You didn’t rank them. You rated them.
Ive been watching your content for weeks. We leave on the 13th for our first family vacation trip and our daughters fourth bday celebration. Its gonna be such a fun trip thank you for this video it helps what we can spin and what we would actually want to take her own too. plan our day out better.
I am an avid fan of all of your videos, but you’ve broken my heart with a 7/10 for The Little Mermaid 😩 The sing along alone makes it an 11/10! 😜 Thanks for all your great videos!
not everyone likes singing.
@@wadewilson3309 o
@@wadewilson3309 you’re lame
For me the Haunted Mansion 999 out of 10!
I LOVE THESE RANKING VIDEOS!!!
Of course I always "play along" and guess the rankings. LOL
The Little Mermaid ride is one of my favorites! I loved the movie growing up so huge nostalgia for me. We got stuck for a couple minutes in the under the sea scene and it was so cool to be able to take the extra time to really look at all of the animatronics in that scene...because there is a lot.
When I went in February 2022, the park was packed all day and mine train had a solid 90 minute wait all day. About 15 minutes before enchantment the wait starts to progressively go down and we even got to ride it twice during enchantment because of how short the wait was and there were great views of the fireworks.
Loved this!! Could you make videos like this for the other parks as well?
HA! We are a Disneyworld family, but when we went to Disneyland the wife and I TOTALLY talked up how good Mr Toad's Wild Ride is and when we got off we were both so stoked and our daughter literally said "Are you two STONED?!?"
Ah well...memories are funny things!
The Haunted Mansion gets 100/10 from me
I can remember being a little kid afraid of coasters and then riding the barnstormer and loving it and riding it another 100 times
Awesome video ! as a Disneyland veteran this was exactly what I needed to plan my trip for Disney World ! Can`t wait for the rest of the parks !
Same! I grew up going to Disneyland, and will be making my first trip to world soon. I’ve been watching their videos on what to expect since I was last in Disneyland the week everything shut down in 2020.
thank you AJ and team for posting this video! yall have helped me plan for my trip very soon since 1996! AJ i too was scared of Haunted Mansion and space mountain so i did not ride them. My favorite ride will forever be the wildest ride in the wilderness!
Yay a new video! I'm going with my mom in September and I'm so excited 🥺
This was so helpful! I’m planning a trip where half the group can’t do thriller rides so this made it easy to make their lists
I Love riding Buzz Lightyear Without firing a shot. I see everything that does Not have a target. A delightful experience.
I love this review of all the rides!!
16 days! I have binged videos for the past year and a half and I am so ready to finally go! Thank you AJ and DFB team
Please don’t get on it’s a small world thank me later
@@simply-living8523 That ride *S h u d d e r* it scares me
Splash Mountain and Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin are my favorite Magic Kingdom rides

The Haunted Mansion is my favorite ride in the world!
👻
My #4 it’s really close tho
OoOOOoO👻👻👻👻 spOoOoOky
Nobody tell him about the one in Hong Kong
Never has a ride less been worth a wait time than the Snow White Mine Cart, it's a 6/10 at best even without the wait.
True! When I first rode it i was disappointed at how short it was and how little the story was incorporated into the ride
I can't belive they replaced Snow Whites Scary adventures for this LOL
I give it's a small world an 8 for nostalgia, cuteness, detail, and length. We ride it every time we visit Magic Kingdom!
This is the only park of the 4 that I feel I get my moneys worth with genie+
I've been to Disney World 7 times. My 3 favorite rides are "It's A Small World", "Winnie the Pooh', and "Tea Cups".
I absolutely love y’all’s videos!! Would you be able to do one rating all the Character meals for 2022? Im wanting to take my family in December and not sure which one to pick. Last time we went Chef Mickeys was our Fav.
Chewbacca tried to steal some of my cookies, but I caught him. What a Wookiee mistake.
I think you forgot gear oil smell: Carousel of Progress.
Our guide two weeks ago was the best we have EVER had!!!! Did lightning lane and so glad we did!
These are great! I hope you rank the rides in the other parks too. Please, please, please! :)
I hope you do videos like this for Epcot and Animal Kingdom next!
You can ride every thing at Epcot and Animal Kingdom in one day.
splash mountain was my fave!!
Okay, but this script was amazing. 10/10.
I was very underwhelmed by the Seven Dwarves ride. Even the lightning lane queue was long and it just wasn't worth the wait.
Agreed! I don’t get the buzz
Tom Sawyer island turned into a thrill ride for my dad as he desperately searched for the bathroom 🚽 can’t eat those Turkey legs like he used to. 😂 sorry Dad!
If you want a bad back, ride Space Mountain in Disneyworld.
Thank for the video. This helped a lot on planning our trip , we were able to view the rides make an educated decision weather it's worth our time or not. 😊
Great video as always. The people mover is one of my favorites. It’s a great way to cool off and relax. I can’t wait to go on it next month when we go to Disney. The haunted mansion is the best ride at the magic kingdom.
PLEASE DO THIS GOR EVERY PARK, LOVE THIS VIDEO!!😃😃
You know you guys aren't "Ranking" the rides
That would be putting them in order from first to worst
You are "Rating" them
People mover is life. Can’t change my mind
Love all your videos
One time I was at Disney world and we rode mad tea party we walked on and when I saw walked on we were the only group on the ride so they let a group from the previous cycle ride again
Thank you for these videos I will be taking my four year old next month we are so excited
I love magic carpets of Aladdin because Aladdin is my favorite movie and it’s nostalgia for me!
Love that movie 😍
HOW is the tomorrowland speedway not ELECTRIC ALREADY? The rides should be sponsored by Tesla! Imagine getting to drive a tesla around LOL or not drive it hahaha
I went to Magic Kingdom on June 1st as a field trip with my school. We were doing a long Disney sings workshop so we weren't able to ride a lot. I will say that the rides we rode were so worth it, even when we only got on 4. Try to make a list of your top priorities to make the best of your day. Quality over quantity! My best advice is to go on all the mountain rides, splash, thunder, space, and seven dwarves (if it's a short line) Most people end up loving them! Don't forget to look at the photos at the end of splash mountain and space mountain, they always come out hilarious!
Too lazy to rank em all, but I know my top 5 would be 5. Splash 4. Peoplemover 3. Space Mountain 2. Pirates 1. Haunted Mansion
I agree with your assessment of the people mover. I would be so happy if they bought back to Disneyland in the upcoming tomorrowland overhaul
Thank you!!! So helpful as is your paid pdf.
You forgot the Carousel of Progress witch is my favorite ride in magic kingdom.
Love these videos :)
6/10 is fair for teacups if you enjoy it, this one is the only one I’ll never touch because it makes me sick to just spin around.
Last time I rode the people mover it stopped in a dark area (at night as well) and we could hear people screaming on Space Mountain. We sat in the dark and listened to people scream for about 10 minutes- it was a very different experience that night.
I had the opposite experience. Something went wrong with space mountain and I got to go through that section with the lights on. It was interesting to see! It definitely is smaller that I thought!
The story of how the People Mover turned into the Haunted Mansion.
These ride lists are great. I'm a huge roller coaster fan and I've been to WDW many times, but my husband has never been and is not a roller coaster enthusiast like me. We are going to WDW for our anniversary next year, these lists are putting him at ease and helping him figure out what rides he can look forward to!
THE DISNY CAROUSEL IS A DISNEY ICON! Even if it becomes roped off as a museum piece or priceless Art piece it should never move out of the Magic Kingdom, never!
I recommend riding Haunted Mansion at night. The outside queue looks way better at night.
I need one of these types of episodes for every park
I Love the people mover and I honestly miss it! When I was younger we would all fight to go with the aunt that would join us kids and shout "Whats up" or other hellos as we passed other carts. The wind on the turns is also Super on a hot day
Great content
The idea of Goofy and Gonzo doing a stunt show together is a serious winner... but they will need a medic on standby.
Tomorrowland Speedway needs to update its gas-powered cars with 100% electrical vehicles. That, I feel, will help make Tomorrowland feel less outdated.
That’s a great idea!
My friend and I, who were 16 at the time, rode Tomorrow Land Speedway during the fireworks and it was so fun.
Thank you so much I’m going to Disney world in a few days and wanted to know what rides are more thrilling
I love DFB and all ears posts blessings
We need your thoughts on the Disney employee ruining someone’s marriage proposal
An individual employee made a bad decision. Disney can only try to prevent future incidents by better training, but we live in a world of people that have different views and opinions and sometimes they make poor choices (we all have bad days). All Disney can do is compensate them as best as they can as you cannot turn back the hands of time.
I agree with your score for the Peoplemover. ❤️
Fantasy Land is my good luck charm…sort of…I was in Fantasy Land back in February and while waiting on my family at the Rapunzel’s tower bathrooms a bird pooped on me…well that night…we went to Disney Springs…and some poor unfortunate soul lost $140….we looked around for someone who may have lost it. Even asked a few people but no one claimed so we kept it…$140 extra for world of Disney
Thank you for calling it the Wedway AJ, I can't even think of it as anything else!
I hate the Winnie the Pooh ride because it took away Mr. Toad’s. I know I’m being salty. I don’t care. 😆.
That's okay, I'm also petty. I got chemical burn on Flight of Passage at AK, and that was like 3 yrs ago. Still hate that ride simply because it burned me lol. Everyone else loves it, and I'm holding a grudge.
“Is the seaweed Greener in someone else’s pond?” 😂😂😂
I just went to Disney and went on haunted mansion I loved it everyone in my family loves it too but it was my first time I got a little scared when it went backwards and went downstairs but overall I loved it!!
Side note: if one of your loved ones is over 6ft tall, space mtn, Astro orbiter, and sometimes splash mountain and 7 dwarfs can be knee squishers. Pirates is glorious though! The bench style seating made it one of the most comfortable rides for my 6 foot 4 hubby.
Lol Astro Orbiter is rough on me and I’m 5 ft 9.5” - super long legs and short torso though so that may be why.
However the WORST was the speedway - I got a leg cramp I was so squished trying to press the pedal 😆
Oh yes!!! I'm 6'6" and usually weigh around 250lb. Splash Mountain is a tight fit for tall people who ride solo in their row. On my last visit I shared the row with a friend; I couldn't enjoy the ride because I was miserably squished into the row! I've always been totally comfortable sharing a row on Big Thunder. Seven Dwarves was a bit of a squeeze, but it wasn't bad for me. Astro Orbiter and Space Mountain have narrow seats, but they weren't uncomfortable since I could kinda bend my knees. Pirates and Small World are indeed gloriously comfortable due to their wide bench-style seats!
Pirates ride is SO FUN.
