Hi, I was wondering if you could help me so for some reason once the ice cream becomes creamy and I put it in the freezer I remove it from the freezer when I’m about to eat it and it’s rock solid hard I can barely even scoop it and crumbles is my freezer up too high or what did I do wrong even with the ice cream maker it comes out as soft serve but once I go to freeze itit comes out really hard and it’s not scoopable at all
did you try this recipe? Because the recipe is not going to be too for you not to able to scoop it out and if there is any reason it comes out hard let it sit out for a few minutes then you can scope it

I'm sorry, it's too heavy dense cream for ice cream. Might better for cake.
