5k likes and we will do an overall squad of the season đ
wheres the link to the spreadsheet Jimbo
maybe swap cunha for solanke and kerkez for ait nouri
I very much agree, thats What i did
Neto - kerkez - virgil
To
Salah - RAN - Zabaryni
Is a very easy swap imo
Why have you get Ferguson as the striker for Brighton? He hasn't scored in like 5 months. Pedro has been excellent for us this season.
As a Fulham fan, Robinson is the best choice. Left back is generally a weak position across the league and he is great. Rodri gets in ahead of Palhinha and otherwise I think there are more useful options (Pickford for example).
Rodri gets in over palinha đđ thatâs like saying haaland gets in over Callum Wilson.
â@@SerioustwisterObviously Rodri is the best but Fulhams midfield is incredible good for one reason. He doesn't belong
@@Serioustwister well if you have to pick one player per team, picking Fulhamâs best player is hardly an unreasonable thing to say.
Rodri is phenomenal but statistically Palhinha is the best defensive midfielder in terms of tackling etc. Heâs a brilliant player but, in comparison, what makes Rodri so special is how complete he is, Palhinha is no way near as good on the ball, heâs very much mostly an off the ball player. Rodri is amazing at all parts of the game.
As a Fulham fan, like that helps your case
As a Liverpool fan, Robinson is someone Iâve wanted since Fulham got promoted. Would have been perfect under klopp, if it werenât for robbo
the fact that bowen wasnât mentioned at all in the final 3 teams is crazy. out of those 5 final teams, he was the only player that was really mandatory in the squad for me
As a Bournemouth fan, I'd personally put at least 5 players ahead of Kerkez. Solanke, Christie, Cook, Zabarnyi, Kluviert all been really important this season. Kerkez was injured for a period and never quite got back into the side until recently.
I agree, zabo has been class this season and imo our best defender this season. Kerkez is a great player tho
As a iraola enjoyer i agree
I would agree that Zabarnyi would be a good choice and is probably the best player this year for us, with the exception of Solanke, but it is tough with the depth of CB in the league to break into this squad. Coach Allcott had some very difficult decisions.
yeah but no one in their right mind puts solanke, christie, cook, zabarnyi or kluivert in over the strikers, cms and cbs that we have in the league
Ye not a BOU fan pr anything but kerkez seems a weird pick
As a Brentford fan, Flekken has been one of our worst players. He's picked up some form but he's nowhere near this list. Mbeumo or Pinnock would be much better options.
tbf backup goalie doesnt matter
Flekken is a criminal choice from you Jim, he singlehandedly put us in a relegation scrap this season and easily one of the worst players I've seen in a Brentford shirt
heâs good now but first 2/3 of the season he was terrible. mbeumo is undoubtedly the best choice for us, his injury was easily the most impactful and heâs been mvp whenever heâs been back on the field recently
I think Mbuemo being out so long means he isn't one of the best right wingers. It's about the combinations not the individuals. I'd say Kudus/Bowen were better than Mbuemo. Flekken probably an average choice overall in the league, but not many great Brentford performers this year.
@@shikkishamone both kudus and bowen have been miles better than mbeumo, even disregarding his injury
hes almost forced to put him in, whos he gonna put in for brentford?
@@adambassuni6084 Reguilon for Robinson, Leno as backup GK
Eze for Ballon Dor
Youâre usually on it James, but a little strange that youâve missed out Bailey as one of Villaâs key players. Heâs been amazing this season, heâs actually got the 6th most G/Aâs per 90 in the league and thatâs without pens. Wouldâve been nice to see his qualities highlighted.
Watkins betta
Solanke and Ait Nouri in for Cunha and Kerkez
100%
can you do a video of ranking/tier listing PL captains?
Re: Antonee Robinson, been loads of Liverpool links, absolutely with you on him. Great to watch, seems unorthodox sometimes but when you look at his numbers⊠very âEdwards signingâ. Could see him and Ait-Nouri both making the next step to Arsenal/Liverpool this summer.
Robinson is so relentless I love it, would fit us perfectly. Robbo still miles better and idk if Robinson would be willing to be a rotation player
Great video would love one with out and out squad without 1 player from each team.
You have lallana in our starting 11? What? đ Where is JoĂŁo Pedro lol
Blud has lallana and ferguson as if welbeck and jp dont exist
@@danielmontoya2494 heck even buonanotte has played more than lallana
@@joetucker971 and better*
Hi James, could you do a video on the possible XI for Ruben Amorimâs West Ham? Being a Portuguese that has seen loads of sporting games I think that the current West Ham squad lacks some key players for Amorim tactic. Keep up the great work!
Love these vids!
Why is Ramsey at LW for Villa? He's barely played all season because of injury...
yeah, bit of a weird one. but when he isnât injured heâs absolutely immense
Yeah. Do the ultimate squad please!
No Bowen is criminal
You missed Magic option 4 at the end: Neto Rw, Isak St, Eze Lw, Gibbs-White AM.
Good challenge this! Iâve taken off the backup keeper and added a reserve CB
GK - Onana
RB - Trippier/Doughty
CB - Virgil
CB - Tarkowski/Anderson
LB - Reguilon/Kerkez
DM - Rice/Paulinha
CM - Gross/Gibbs-White
CAM - Foden/Hamer
LW - Son/Koleosho
ST - Watkins/Hwang
RW - Palmer/Bowen
Been a while since a cheeky live
Having Kerkez and Cunha in that option, instead of Ait Nouri and Solanke is wild
Murillo the only pick for Forest - going right to the top! Absolutely immense đ
Great idea for a eafc career mode if youâre creating a new team
I think this is the one the approach for me was basically the bottom of the table has about one player total that warrants a spot so need to get them in, then Rodri has to go in bc he's been the best player by far, then fill in the rest trying to fit the best player where you can but its not always possible. Big concessions are Dalot but I'm fine with him as a United fan, don't really know what Wolves fans think of Jose Sa, and then couldn't fit in Gross or Cullen.
LW - Gordon : Odobert
ST - Watkins : Solanke
RW - Palmer : Kudus
CM - Barkley : Hamer
CM - Eze : Gibbs-White
CM - Rodri : Norgaard
LB - Robinson : Estupinan
CB - van Dikj : Gabriel
RB - Porro : Dalot
GK - Pickford : Sa
Martinez - Pickford
Trent - Assignon
Saliba
Van de ven
Nouri - Robinson
Rodri - Gross
Mainoo - Barkley
Eze - Hamer
Palmer - Elanga
Isak - Toney
Paqueta - Tavenier
i struggle to see any sfield outfield player getting in at all
Team 3 is perfect đ
Love the content! I was thinking a way to take this further would be to do this over the past 5 years. Trying to pick 1 player from every team, limiting down to 22 (2 x 11) and then deciding which of those teams would win a final. That could be really interesting and a good way to use Statheads multiple year analysis. đ
Gk: Martinez Pickford
Rb: Porro Bogle
Cb: Van Dijk. Saliba
Lb: Estupinan Taylor
Cdm: Rodri Palhinha
Cm: Bruno G Barkley
Cam: Fernandes MGW
Rw: Palmer Neto
Lw: Kudus Eze
St: Toney Solanke
( I know Watkins isnât in but thereâs been players like Toney and Solanke who were standout performers at smaller clubs, also put kudus as rw and Neto as lw I cba to change it)
RAN has to be there Jim!
Kind of mental that it worked out that the clear top 3 teams all sent defenders
As a city fan, Akanji has been our best defender this season, and he's not even on your best xi
Always thought he was your best defender but doesnât get the recognition like Dias
i like the second team a bit more but iâd personally swap eze for olise and swap kudus to rw so eze can be lw
Can we get a link to the google sheet?
I knew who the Newcastle player was before I clicked. I knew who he was, now, before he's been mentioned - it's Longstaff
Kerkez has played about 5 games all season as a Bournemouth fan thatâs a shocking pick would rather you off said Kelly and have him playing LB
Kerkez has more appearances and more minutes than Kelly this season??
@@callumjames8746 do you watch Bournemouth games mate ?
Robinson is the biggest tap in on the whole list. Heâs playing for Fulham but he could easily be playing for a Arsenal/City/Liverpool and there are barely any LBâs in the league
Leno/Pickford
Estupinan/Dalot
Van Dijk
Andersen
Porro/Assignon
Rodri/Barkley
Guimaraes/Hamer
Cunha/Wissa
Ădegaard/Gibbs-White
Palmer/Bowen
Watkins/Solanke
kudus playing left wing?? last time i checked kudus was a right-winger
you could do kudus to wissa and mbeumo to kudus, although i would have bowen over kudus as he has twice as many goal contributions
Anderson shouldnât be near the team, either use Guehi in defence for palace or use Olise/Eze
@edenholt4394 good shout tbf, I'll think I change It now. I rate mbeumo higher than wissa, but it works much better for positions
@@danielmulhern6085 sofascore gives him a higher average rating across the season and heâs scored a couple goals too? Heâs played like every game as well
For Forest Gibbs White is the easiest choice, but he has been hit and cold. Murillo has been our best player
Pickford,trafford
Doughty, Robinson, van dijk, van hecke, porro, bogle
Rice,norgard,mainoo,j gomes, Gibbs white,eze,,foden, palmer,Gordon,Bowen,
Watkins, Solanke
This is a more balanced team. Rodri has been great but foden on another level. Feel Haaland has not been as good and other strikers so solanke and Watkins were no brainers. None of liverpools attack have been considerably great this season so felt van dijk would be a better choice as for my Liverpool pick and same goes for Brighton hence I pick van hecke. Porro has been excellent for spurs and Bogle has been playing alright for Sheffield this season. Doughty has played a key role in lutons push to survive relegation and Robinson was the other choice as couldnât see another Fulham player getting in. Pickford has been a great shot stopper for Everton and Trafford has done an ok job at burnley. I also didnât see another burnley player getting into this team. Palmer a obvious choice. Gordon has been excellent at Newcastle this season and has been scoring and assisting in almost every game. I put Bowen on the left as he usually plays here (not sure why he listed paqueta on the left?). Mainoo has been carrying United at a young age and has been a key part of their push for Europe. Initially would go sarabia but realised needed to fit in a forest player so switched him for Gibbs white and put j gomes in instead. I put in rice ahead of rodri. Eze also impressive so he finished off my team. This turns out to be a great team! Let me know your thoughts?
Pickford
Porro
Van dijk
Schar
Estupinan
Rodri
Rice
Fernandez
Palmer
Watkins
Paqueta
Subs:
Flekken
Olise
Solanke
Cunha
Barkley
Assignon
Palhinha
Robinson
Gibbs-white
Gk - Pickford, Flekken
Rb - Dalot, Assignon
Cb - Van Dijk, Murillo
Lb - Robinson, Kerkez
Dm - Rodri, Gross
Cm - Odegaard, Barkley
Am - Maddison, Hamer
Rw - Palmer, Olise
St - Watkins, Cunha
Lw - Paqueta, Gordon
I really like it apart from murillo, i think Ait nouri Solanke would be better then cunha kerkez then to solve the murillo problem i would put in pinnock probably and then just put turner or whoever as backup keeper, But i really like that you included Paqueta
@@kevintheman4408 yeah I guess I just really don't like any Forest keeper...and you are defo right about the Bournmouth Wolves shout, I just really wanted to fit Cunha inđ
Pretty good list i would have just swapped neto for gordon and isak for cunha
trippier not being red is criminal he has been out for over a month and still has the most assists in the league as a defender
Players who had to be in: Robinson (LB), Van Dijk (CB), Rodri (DM), GroĂ (CM), Hamer (CM), Palmer (RW), Solanke (ST)
Yeah i dont know about this flekken choice jimbo, brentford has so many good picks
Murillo deserves to be highlighted in red at least
3 is best team đ
So i made a team before i watched the video and turns out its suprsingly similar
Starting 11
Pickford
Porro Saliba Van Dijk Ait Nouri
Gross Rodri Bruno Fernandes
Palmer Watkins Gordon
Bench
Solanke, Mbeumo, Olise, Paqueta, Gibbs White, Hamer, Doughty, Assignon, Adrarabiyoyo
I didnt have any backup goalie and instead one centerback cuz goalies are boring, and Yeah my stratergy was kinda just having many different profiles and then a few must picks from some teams, like pickford, palmer and gross
Also im suprised you didnt include paqueta in any of your teams considering that for me he is probably the most complete non top 6 attacker around with watkins, But Yeah, fun video
isak has got to be there
Kilman and Dawson dont lace Totti and Bueno's boots.
Neto - kerkez - virgil
To
Salah - ait nouri - zabaryni
Might be tbe easiest swaps ive ever seen
nah prefer his one
@@dylanks3163 leaving out salah is crazy tbh. Salah, palmer, watkins is literally the top 3 for player of the season.
Salah, palmer, watkins, rodri, saliba are such easy locks.
Solanke in Kerkez out. Doughtey in Barkley out. Gibbs White in Chris Wood out. Rodri can hold down DM by himself so sneak in MGW
Pickford, Foderingham
Doughty, Dalot, Ait-nouri, Porro Virgil, Andersen
Palhinha, Rodri, Gross, Paqueta Gibbs-white, Odegaard
Gordon, Lyle Foster Watkins, Solanke Palmer, Mbeumo
I think I win. I know I cheated a bit with foderingham and lyle foster (who has been brilliant when he's been in full fitness. He's struggled through depression this season which has left him looking surplus to requirements at times but you can tell when he's on and when he's on he's really on. I think he'll get a prem move this year and prove his worth.) But I've really fit the best player in each team on here besides Son and Fernandes.
KERKEZ LMAO
You should speak to Tom Jordan more
As a Palace Fan I personally hate Eze out on the left. And even under glasner I wouldn't say hes playing on the LW
Unbelievable you didnât put Ben Mee đą
I would pick other players based on the premise: Van dijk -> Trent, Porro -> Son, Eze -> Andersen, but I will concede this makes the squad weaker
Just shows how good Van Dijk and Saliba is they would go into any team.
GK Pickford, Neto
RB Trippier, Assignon
RCB van Dijk
LCB van de Ven
LB Ait Nouri, Reguilan
DM Palhina, Barkley
AM Fernandes, Gibbs-White
CM Odegaard, Hamer
RW Palmer, Kudus
ST Haaland, Watkins
LW Eze, Adingra
good team but it doesnt feel right having a player like assignon whos only started 11 games all season đ€
forest with zero nomminees
The Bruno Fernandes pick is whatâs wrong with stats he has been horrific this season the reason heâs got so many shot chance creation is because he passes it to rashford and Garnacho for them to shoot from 25 yards out hojlund has had little chances this season and one reason for that is how bad Bruno has been Dalot definitely the pick for me
My Squad was this and I only saw the comments about flekken after I made it but I canât be arsed to change it đ
Pickford
Flekken
Assingnon
Dalot
Saliba
Van Dijk
Udogie
Robinson
Rodri
Gross
Barkley
Gomes
Eze
Hamer
Watkins
Solanke
Gordon
Hudson-Odoi
Trent and Van de Ven over Porro and VVD? Its close but Idk feel like Van de ven is the obvious spurs candidate
GK - Pickford, Leno
RB - Porro, Assignon
CB - Saliba, Van Dijk
LB - Ait Nouri, Doughty
CDM - Rodri, Hamer
CM - Gross, Paqueta
AM - Bruno, Gibbs White
RW - Palmer, Olise
ST - Watkins, Solanke
LW - Gordon, Mbeumo
This is the best answerđŠ đ«đ·
St isak instead of solanke or watkins
Absolute crime that Adam Wharton isnât even listed in the Palace 11, never mind being their pick!
How many games has he played? 10/11 in the league. He has looked great, but that's probably what the 11 is based on.
Did anyone see on shot creating actions that there are four Liverpool fullbacks ahead of Porro? That is absolutely ridiculous
Foden, Palmer, Watkins
I mean media just ruined Zinchenko đą. He is top 3 left becks in the league STILL, but some stupid guys said that for Arsenal "Zinchenko's faults" can be cruical. I see that we lost EPL and CL not because of him đ€Ź. Everyone forgot how goos he is in attacking space
Heâs not top 3 LBâŠheâs not even a proper LB đ
Had to have odegaard
Arsenals best player
Would love to see Eze go to Euros
21:07 3 all day
Welcome back to the jabajabjajabajabajabajba channelđđđ
aina for toffolo for forest
Arsenal - Martin Odegaard
Aston Villa - Emiliano Martinez
Bournemouth - Dominic Solanke
Brentford - Ivan Toney
Brighton - Julio Enciso
Burnley - David Datro Fofana (don't actually think he's incredible but do think he's the closest to it if I had to pick)
Chelsea - Cole Palmer
Crystal Palace - Eberechi Eze
Everton - Jarrad Branthwaite
Fulham - Joao Palhinha
Liverpool - Mohamed Salah
Luton - Ross Barkley (not exactly 'incredible' but again closest to it)
Manchester City - I couldn't name just one, there's too many. Phil Foden, Erling Haaland, Kevin De Bruyne, Rodri, Bernardo Silva, Ruben Dias are the main ones that come to mind though
Manchester United - Alejandro Garnacho
Newcastle - Alexander Isak
Nottingham Forest - Gonzalo Montiel (I know he hasn't quite lived up to expectations yet but he's by far their most proven player for what he's done in his career so far)
Sheffield United - Literally nobody.
Tottenham - Son Heung-min
West Ham - Edson Alvarez
Wolves - Pedro Neto (incredible being a slight stretch but still, very good player)
Surely Bowen over kudus..
all stats stats stats just look at the players man
Love you James but please find some synonyms for âabsolutelyâ
Saliba hasnât even been Arsenalâs best CB this year
His PR is immense, canât believe he was compared to VVD
Team 3
I am for team 3 đ
Why kudus over bowen?
shouldâve picked dalot at RB and madisson at AM instead of Bruno he has not been that good even if the stats donât show you so
I preferred team 2 to be honest. đ
Its really not that hard surely.
Saliba
Salah
Palmer
Watkins
Rodri
all go in instantly
Then the rest will pick itself surely
Team 3 jimbo
No Ait Nouri at LB??
I'd take bruno out and put onana for flekken. much better players for brentford this season
Flekken is not a good GK, Norgaard should have been shortlisted as well as Toney and Jensen
who let bro cook?
Areola gk over pickford, mbeumo rw, neto lw
Team 3... But...
Gross - DM
Barkley - CAM
Mainoo > Bruno
Garnacho?
how is joao pedro not in the brighton 11, adingras been crap btw
Mitoma???
Team 2 and swap Cunha for Ait Nori and Gordon for Isak
Pickford (Everton)
Estupinan (Brighton)
Saliba (Arsenal)
Van Dijk (Liverpool)
Ait Nouri (Wolves)
Rodri (City)
Bruno Guimaraes (Newcastle)
Palmer (Chelsea)
Olise (Palace)
Watkins (Villa)
Garnacho (Man U)
As a Brighton fan estupinan has been shite in the brief periods he hasnât been injured this season
