-Blames it for being too point and shoot
lol
My thoughts exactly! If this were a Contax T2 review somehow I think he’d be saying different! 🐑
Holy crap I used to live out that way, can't believe that guy is still doing those shows on the pier. It's been almost 10 years since I saw him there.
I agree with you!! IMO, The 35ti is the best value in the premium compact point and shoot genre. Although the price is going up on these little guys, I honestly think it's justified to an extent. I think it preforms on par with the likes of the T2, and the TC-1, at a bit of a lower price point. With that being said, I'm selling mine. After a day of shooting in the city, I completely blazed through 4 rolls of film. It took me away from what I began shooting film with in the first place. I was running and gunning, and I wasn't thinking about the photos I was taking like I would be with a manual camera. I honestly shot with this like it was a digital camera. It cost me SO much LOL.
Gonna get myself into a CLE once I sell mine.
So obviously it's a premium camera and therefore costs more, but if you compare it to the XA and Mju ii, would you say that this camera is worth it?
great stuff man - always - grats on almost hitting 50k
I can't believe you don't have more than 50k followers. Man I know german CZcamsrs that don't even have a slice of your passion and professionalism and have over 100k...
How does this guy not have more subs??
i find that point and shoot cameras are really interesting but just not for me since i'm used to shoot manual cameras.
Nice video man!! Ilove the setting in pier 39!! Always great work!!
great vid as always! perfect watch before heading out for a day of shooting.
C'mon guys! make it 50k ... =) like the photos so much!
I bought a 35Ti recently and it stopped working after a few days. So disappointing. But it is a great little camera when it works.
I know I'm a year late but like isn't a point and shoot made for run and gun? Y'all talking down to it for being exactly that, it was never sold as an SLR and you all hating the automation
How you make the negative to digital film? Would you kindly to share about it?
purple fringing on it is insane! produces mild micro contrast, however it's very sharp. thanks for sharing! :)
When are you going to get a 4x5 camera I'm sure you will ccreate amazing photos with a large format camera.. the 35ti is a very special camera.. amazing photos you got... I'm a big fan of your works
amazing vid as always
please do the ricoh GR!
Nice review! This camera is awesome!
What’s the shoulder pouch bag? Looks 👍 i have the contax t3 will it fit good? Thanks in advance:)
Another excellent video. Keep up the great work!
Thanks for this second interesting and good video on the Nikon 35Ti.
iso 400 bright day, max shutter just 1/500, how come your pic can be perfect expose? mine got overexpose image in bright day with iso 400
Are you shooting slides? You can overexpose negatives a LOT and have the image still look great
dude, i am obsessed with the landscape feature. Are there any other cameras that have it? This camera is too expensive for me haha
Many compact point and shoot cameras had that feature. Just look for a panorama switch on the camera.
These things are $1k on ebay! Holy smokes.
Dig the red tie shot
Mafia boi 🙌
Even though King, the camera is very good, do you know how much they want for the Nikon 28Ti? Too much, So I got instead the Olympus SP with it was the first camera with aperture and program mode, but it only goes up to ISO 800, very good model, and very happy with it, and also the following Nikons - the One Touch, the Nikon Zoom touch 800, and the Nikon Action Touch, very much happy in what I have.
Great photos! 👌👌
why don't you try out Minolta TC-1
2:55 solid photo right there
Waiting for that massive giveaway!
Woah great quality
I'm not much into point&shoots, cool results though!
How does it compare to the Nikon L35AF
I have both and the 35ti has a sharper lens. Both fantastic cameras though!
Dream cam 😢
Not the greatest shots but boy are you entertaining
It looks like in the second shot you cropped the image from a landscape to a portrait. I think it’s really important for viewers to see the images straight out of camera without edits to understand what the camera can do.
There were a couple where the video didnt line up with the photo taken so i think he just used the wrong moment in the video. Im thinking this because the people in the photo and video were different but the spot was the same
None of these were edited!
KingJvpes it looked like that second photo was taken as landscape and cropped to portrait based on the way you were holding the camera in the video. But besides that, I really appreciate you not editing the photos before posting them! Thanks for all the great content.
Killing it
You have to let me know if your willing to sell any cameras man. I love the way film looks and have been looking into them for some time now. Just don't want to risk it by buying something on eBay rather buy it from someone who knows what they have and that it's in good condition.
Jose Ruiz check KEH.com. I got a film camera with a half year warranty for 19$. Couldnt be more happy with the results
Hunter Carter thx I'll look into them really appreciate the feedback.
Had this camera a few years back. Was never that impressed. I get similar results with a cheap p&s. Sure, these premium compacts have better build quality and more features, but I don't think they justify the exorbitantly higher prices they fetch. All these electronic cameras will die eventually anyway, I'm a proponent of the cheap point & shoot.
Yeah but i use a t3 since 2008 and it still works, so i guess if you take care it will eventually hold up a good a mount of shots
I know this is an old comment but it wasn't the camera it was you. If you are getting the same results with a cheap crappy P+S you were definitely not using this right. Sure it's expensive but if you know what you're doing totally worth it.
@@jfc4798 I've been shooting for 10 years, I know how to use exposure comp, aperture priority and different focus modes bro. But nice try. Keep telling yourself whatever to justify your $600 point and shoot.
Wait did I just hear Nekon 😅
You wasted a frame of film on a cone

What a strange review! The time is spent not discussing the features, pros, and cons of the specific camera, but is mostly pointless B-roll followed by a repetitive series of declarations that our buy doesn't like point-n-shoot cameras generally. That's his right of course, and for the most part I agree with his personal choice there, but how does that become a YT video? His final toss-off (that he prefers the Oly XA to the Nikon 35Ti) must be his preference for manual focus, because the optics in the XA are probably the worst of any small P-n-S camera. My choice after careful comparison (I bought both cameras) was the Contax T2 because it was not burdened by quantities of "features" you never use, accessed by mutli=level menus you cannot remember, ontrolled by buttons too small to be casually used. Kept the Contax T2 to this day. Resold the Nikon 35Ti for a small profit.
Randall Stewart hey Randall! Check out the review I made here where I talk about the features, pro’s/cons of the specific camera! czcams.com/video/ISeniDxM3ho/video.html 😉
