Yeah Stephen. Slight rubbing is nothing. Any more than slight then you might have a warped disk but you would more than likely notice any problem during braking.

Michael I ride 99.9% tar so stands to reason to get road tyres. Suppose I should get a more dedicated road bike. But what would I fiddle with then. Thanks for watching
