Well if you have 3000 frags you can reroll your race in sea2 cafe and talk to tort . And the npc at the bridge between kingdom of rose and green zone give you free stat refund for 2500 frags

I get that shark has water immunity…. But why does shark have literally zero passive defensive buffs compared to the other the other races…. Even cyborg gets a passive 10% defense boost, which is further increased with the v3 ability.Shark needs a better V2 passive
