    Thank you, you are right on point about going to the root of the problem in order to fix the problem but of course doctors and nutritionalist won't tell you this, so thank you for sharing this information.

    Great video! As you said in the video, you probably got the core issues involved with many addictive behaviors. The longer you find yourself in such a cycle without any effort to remedy yourself to your own standards and expectations of yourself the harder it is to make changes at all, if you want to. I'd imagine that most people want to be their *ideal* self. Not just weight but with other issues as well. Very good and thoughtful video. Thank you.

    Thank you, great video. Also in addition to what you say, I think It's good to always observe what messages you are telling yourself(brain thinking) as well as what others and the media, advertising etc are telling you, like you say. How easy it is when you are exercising to think and tell yourself: I feel bad, I'm not fit, I'm tired, rather than: I'm really enjoying this exercise, I'll feel great when this is over. Then over time you think, I can't exercise because I feel bad after 5 minutes and you've accepted that as a basic truth. Always challenge these negative thoughts through continual mindfulness.

      yes, it's about training the brain with empowering thoughts and then we train our bodies. I do a lot of mind training every day, all day for this reason!

    I love your explanation as to why we still revert back. I'm still feeling like the help portion of the video is incomplete though. can you elaborate more on the solution vs the cause please? I think that focusing on solutions and telling people exactly how to fix this cellular programming will benefit many. I love your videos, and watch them all. Much love.

      great point. You have to tell yourself over and over and over again that you are worthy and that you love yourself. I do a lot of verbal affirmations all day and say I LOVE YOU in the mirror. I will do a video about self love techniques that I've used in my own life.

    Do you have a video on your spiritual journey? I think I've reached the point where I'm looking for the right path, the one that is right for me. I've come a long way I think in the self healing process but I still have a very long way to go, to heal all this damage. I've been feeling very lost and alone, I know I need a guidance and direction, I know this is not forever but I don't know how to go about it.

      You start by training your mind with positive thoughts, so doing chanting and mantras all day, which is what I do all day. As you start training the mind, the body eventually follows and becomes aligned with the mind. So aligning means that your body feels exactly the way your mind thinks. I will do a video about what kinds of mantras I say through out the day to give myself self worth.
