I love watching the casualness of this ride. Also that all the riders were casually well dressed. No spandex or bike helmets that are so so popular here in the states. The State side bicycle get togethers here look like bike races. They’d leave me in the dust. Your event was so enjoyable to watch.
Andrew, simply follow us on Facebook Liverpolitan or Manchester Tweed Ride and find the next one and come along... absolutely no invite is necessary...just turn up.
@@andrewharris7439 email hildebrand.staggers@gmail.com and put liverpolitan tweed in the subject. that's Geoff, and he will add you to future event email notifications.
I'm jealous! I wish that I could find a proper vintage Raleigh bicycle here in the states! Our state-side Raleigh bike company won't even produce the vintage styles anymore! :( BTW I love your leather panniers! Where did you acquire them?

If you do Facebook, join The Tweed Ride (report) Community group, where there are some really splendid US tweed rides like this listed.
I am so looking forward to the tweed rides starting up again!
There’s a Liverpolitan in the planning stage
A splendid video Rowan. Thankyou Alison and Geoff for arranging it all.
