I can’t imagine they’ll nerf this. They’re giving away very high value rewards at every progression. If a player chooses to forego those resources for iso and gold i don’t imagine that’s a huge issue. I don’t think that would impact kabams revenue.
it's intentional - people complain gold & iso problem always so kabam gave but choose between next r3 or a huge amount of gold and iso -most player complain

This is genuinely insane, I didn't think much of this offer when I first saw but now I have to pick it up to basically halt my gold shortage for the next year or two.

@@uprootboredomTrue. But what they mean is that the resources obtainable here will be useful forever. The R3 will be useful now, and power crept a little later when R3s are easier to come by.
For a lot of people an extra R3 wouldn’t make a massively significant difference in their BGs and AW performance. If it’s BGs they’ll be banned, opening up one other non-R3 champ. They can be useful in AW, I agree. But to me AW is a tired mode. Bad rewards for the investment levels required.
And the PVE modes are out right now so yeah
Craziest part of the whole thing is that selling iso is not even a good thing to do, it just is here because you get such an absurd amount.
The amount of iso you get if you spend all 900,000 poolies would be enough iso to take 66 seven-star champions from rank 1 level 1 to rank 3 level 45. That is how insane this deal is.

You can also get 1,000,000 gold every 4ish days from incursions. That’s around 85-90 million each year

Shooting Stars will also give you potentially infinite gold. The middle path in the first quest will always give out T6 Iso bricks, if you don't need the ISO, sell those for gold.

I don’t know BG. Gold goes so fast now. After the banquet event I had over 55 million in gold. I grind arena and usually hit all the milestones in one arena. I also open my arena crystals every day. After exploring Act 8 and getting the gold from that I was down to 13 million. That is after mass rank ups though.
One downside you forgot to mention - if you buy 360 of these offers you’ll have to sit and open ONE THOUSAND SELECTORS
You basically can’t play the game for a day at that point 😂

Kanam throttles iso, gold and catalyst. And expires old values of iso and catalysts. They can make any resource scarce whenever they like to control player progression.

Just spending 900k of those deadpoolies and you get 130,500,000 gold. I told Lagacy about this a few days ago on stream and he mentioned it would take forever to claim and sell. I can attest it does.

Tho that is a cool option it’s definitely not better then 2 tier 4 alpha. It’s by far more valuable because it’s a lot harder to obtain. Even if you’re hurting on gold atm getting the tier 4 is still the best play.
Gold is accessible everywhere. You can get good amount from Incursions, EQ, Arena, Story. You can get 3 mil from trader outpost every week.

This event is sooooo good for Thronebreaker players trying to move up due to the extreme excess of gold and iso8, 6 star champ selector (chose herc and kitty so far), awakening gem (used it on herc), generic 6 star rank up gems for only 150k, access to 7 star shards, and more. It's honestly fantastic, I hope there are more events like these that aren't pay to win!
Iso and gold has been a Bottleneck kabam knows this if ppl want to spend all there poolies they can it's still a decision ppl have to make it shouldn't get nerfed.
In case this helps anyone else, if you are sitting on 1600 Uncollected Gold crystals, you don't need anymore gold.
That said, I grabbed the offer because I really needed the iso, and it's awesome!!!

the other complaint with this method is having to go through the iso selector screen nearly 1000 times, but thats a minor annoyance considering the reward
This is a smart move, especially when you consider what you said about golds value. One investment of the poolies or a investment of $100 and you set up yourself to have gold for the life of the game because you have enough to horde anything else you collect. This is a major W for Cav and TB especially.

This is awesome. I never even thought to sell the iso, but I bought the offer anyway because I needed the gold and iso. Now i'm sitting on thousands of iso and millions of gold from like 200,000 poolies. So worth.
ok i did the math, correct me if im wrong but for cavaliers, buying 100,000 poolies worth of bundle will give you 27,500,000 gold

I think it’s intentional but low key. Me as a valiant player I go through what 2-3M gold taking a single 7* to R2 lvl 35 from zero. I think it’s an awesome kick or boost and it’s there if you want it, I personally am taking full advantage of it and leveling up all my 7* from it

Not hating at all but I’m not really sure why BG is so insistent that this wasn’t intended? Majority of big end game players that spend already have endless amounts of gold + iso so I think this was intended to help level the playing field between free to play and spenders, but also I don’t think anyone would be spending all of their poolies on this anyways since some of the other rewards are so good, but each to their own I guess 😂

This event actually feels pretty good, wish there was a mode to go with it but the store and poolies thing seems good. Got Kitty P., Doctor Doom, and a few generic awakening gems as well as some 7* shards

Titan shards and r3 materials will be easier to get over time and gold will never depreciate in value. Yea the gold is the more boring option but it’s the best if you’re not already loaded with gold.

Thank you BG, I was very happy with/my decision on selecting the yearly 6* champs I was missing 3 champs n I’ve been playing for 9 yrs there are HT, Apoc and CGR I thought nimrod but I’ll pass on him cuz I thought about getting the 650k one but looking at this I think ranking these champs will benefit me more for story content ✊🏽

@@ciarancrawshaw800 900k for 6 star abyss nexus selector + 6* 4-5 rank gem. 125K for 6-star nexus and some upgrade materials. There are other shard based ones but thats mainly it for 6 star options.

F2p player with 350mil gold. Arena does not give "infinite" gold. This is the biggest misconception. If you are low on gold, mindless arena grinding is not the solution.
