Is there a need of water supply to hydro seal.
Can we replace existing conventional seal having nozzle with hydroseal without changing or modifying existing roll.

Dear @Helping Man, thank you for your question. The Voith HydroSeal system does need a water supply to lubricate each individual sealing strip over the entire width. Changing from standard sealing strips to Voith HydroSeal sealing strips brings modifications to the roll. The retrofitting to a Voith HydroSeal system is done in one of our service sites and involves the fitting of the HydroSeal sealing strips & tubing, including new hose feed lines.
