  • PEOPLE in Moscow expressed mixed reactions when asked by Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty (RFE/RL) about Western countries sending weapons to Ukraine, footage released by Radio Free Europe shows.
Footage released by the outlet on April 29 shows a man saying he believed Western countries were sending weapons to Ukraine in order to “put pressure” on Russia.
“They don’t care about Ukrainians. They don’t care about anybody. They are only doing this for the money,” the man said, according to a translation provided by RFE/RL.
Another man said the West was sending weapons to Ukraine to prolong the war. “Why do you put firewood in a stove?” he asked, according to the translation. “To make a stronger fire.”

Interesting the West should not send weapons to make the war finish faster. It is like telling woman to not fight back against rapist to make it "easier" for her. This is a complete nonsense. Ukraine has right to defend itself against russian aggression and we need more heavy weapons for that. Thanks every country, every company, every volunteer and everyone who helps Ukraine today. I wish you and your families peace, happiness, and prosperity. ✌ ❤ 🙏

@@jossemartin the best solution is to send anyone supporting dictatorship to the country where the dictatorship is in power. I have never known a supporter of Socialism who likes to live in a Socialist country. Supporters of Socialism emigrate to Capitalist countries and live there whenever they can. Socialist countries prohibit and persecute anyone trying to flee from their country, otherwise, they get empty. Capitalist countries allow anyone to emigrate if they desire to. So, I propose, that anyone supporting Russia should be sent to Russia, anyone supporting Cuba should be sent to Cuba, and so on with Venezuela, North Korea, China, etc. This is where freedom of expression should begin.

We see the West pumping weapons into Ukraine, and the EU's chief diplomat, Joseph Borrell, says that this conflict has only a military solution, the diplomat says this.
