I basiclly stretch, dance, work out, eat and repeat :)))) oh yeah i have to go to online school too😔
gymnastics in morning, online school, bath, lunch, study, gym again in evening, watch TV etc. homework, brush sleep
Stretching, dancing, dance lessons, self care nights, online school, trying out healthy recipes, and watching your CZcams channel!
I have online school, at 8:00 am to 4:00 pm 😯 When I finish I organize all and if I am in the school I come back, next I do workouts and a dance class, that includes stretching mmm see my phone haha, talk with friends and repeat again the other day ( absoluty eat and sleep )

yes i can definitely relate to the broken bun nets! every single one i have is broken and im just to lazy to buy new ones also i have the same glass you were drinking out of in the beginning of the vlog!
My fave lunch is Avocado and peanut butter on toast! I would defo recommend trying it!

good food to eat and snack on between ballet classes: apples and peanut butter, celery and peanut butter (you also can add raisens but you don't need to of course lol), if you all have pita chips in england those are so good with hummus (get the hummus with pine nuts ugh so goodddd) -- you were practicing la bayedere

A quick lunch I do when I am on a hurry is a multi grain tortilla wrap with left over boiled or grilled chicken breast, canned beans and corn and some mustard. If I have some spinach leafs I throw them in there too 😄

@@HannahMartinRG It really is! Also if I don't have chicken leftovers, I make one with smoked salmon, low fat cream cheese or a vegan alternative and cucumber slices! Both are super easy and fast!

Hannah can you tell me how many times I should stretch in week to be flexible like you... I'm 10 years old
Flexibility takes time, but I would recommend stretching 15 minutes a day, 6 days a week...😁

Hey there! I use a software called screenflow, I find it works really well!
