    The promenade interior is my favorite type of stateroom across all cruise lines. More spacious than an interior, can look out the window to people watch or watch the activity on the promenade. Plus the couch.

    What a great video. I’m taking the exact same trip in two weeks. How was parking at the Miami port? I’ll be driving down from Nashville so I need to know if they have taking at the port. Haven’t found that info so far.

      Thanks! Yes, each terminal has its own parking deck. Your cruise terminal should on your cruise documents. For Royal, it’s probably terminal A. Try this link for parking www.miamidade.gov/portmiami/parking-information.asp

    Great video. Ty. You mentioned, silent disco can you take about that ? Also , did u need to reserve tickets for the comedy show ? TIA

    • @iconic-adventures
      @iconic-adventures  Před 6 měsíci +2

      A silent disco is a dance party where all participants wear headphones (hence, the room is silent). The headphones are handed out as you enter the space. A DJ is standing by to manage not one, but typically around three different playlists. The headphones have a switch, and silent disco dancers are able to choose the station they want to hear. It's a lot of fun and no one cares if you are a good dancer, or not.
      No reservations are required for any of the entertainment shows on the Freedom.

    Hi guys thanks for sharing. Would you let us know how much was your cruise aprox? Or, what you would consider that is a good price for this cruise? 4 nights in the freedom, bahamas. I ask this because I notice that the price keep changing so I don't want to miss a good price or to pay overpriced.

    • @iconic-adventures
      @iconic-adventures  Před 5 měsíci +1

      What is a “good price” is really difficult to answer. Prices are affected by time of year and supply/demand. If the price fits your budget, it’s usually best to lock it in. If the price goes up you are safe. If the price drops before the final payment deadline (usually 90-120 days before cruise depending on room type and cruise line), you can usually get the lower price or difference in onboard credit. Ask your travel agent or the cruise line when booking.

    Good morning
    Can you tell me if you pay any fees at checkout? Even though nothing is consumed, do they still charge some type of fee?

    • @iconic-adventures
      @iconic-adventures  Před 3 měsíci

      Great question. It is a great idea to understand what is included and what is not included in your cruise fare before you get on the ship. Assuming you aren't "consuming" any food/drink/service/merchandise that is not already covered by your cruise fare, then the only thing you need to be aware of are the "automatic service gratuities" that most cruise lines charge of ~$18.00 USD per person, per day that will be applied to each guest’s (or in some cases they all go on the primary guest's) onboard account on a daily basis. The gratuity applies to individual guests of all ages. These charges are customary within the industry. However, it is theoretically possible to adjust them by visiting Guest Services onboard before the morning of departure.

      Were you charged this fee on this cruise?@@iconic-adventures

    • @iconic-adventures
      @iconic-adventures  Před 3 měsíci

      Yes. You can prepay them if you so choose. You just need to factor it in to your budget either way.

    GOOD AFTERNOON, ARE YOU REQUIRING VACCINE AGAINST COVID-19?

    • @iconic-adventures
      @iconic-adventures  Před 4 měsíci +1

      None of the cruise lines sailing out of the U.S. are requiring vaccination information anymore.
