It's been a while since I've worked in the field, but I am a medic. I've personally never seen a vehicle v ped collision that didn't result in multiple serious, visible injuries. Even when we're looking at 8-10kph at the time of impact. Drunks are resilient, but nothing below the neck save scratches is something of a red flag.

Couldn't understand either expert witness's data presented, but I did hear him mention her odometer reading. I think it may be helpful to at least see the odometer reading on the tow drivers report when they towed the vehicle from Dighton.
I didn’t understand most of it either and what I could understand, I dismissed because I know I can’t trust the CW or their so-called experts.
Could the 25 MPH just be from her car wheels spinning in the snow? And the so called experts analysis it makes no sense he was spinning than flew?
Deff could of been but the real interesting thing is we don't know when that took place' it could of been leaving the waterfall' there's no times at all.

It’s only a good day for the CW in that it wasn’t a disaster.
I really had trouble understanding the CW witness regarding the google search, "Hos long..." I'm sure she is extremely smart, but it just sounded like gobbledygook. And the CW witness about the car data, his testing made now sense to me. What does him driving backward and forward on clean pavement and with no impediments ( a curb, possibly Higgins' Jeep, etc).
There are a fire hydrant, electric box and flag pole, alongside JO body, and they do not seem to have been taken into account as to JO, in drunken stupor, slipping, colliding, and falling, and even a wild animal then trying to drag him or some such ... It all stinks. Was the electric box functional? Why did fire fighters alone, not even check the house due to the electric box, body vicinity to ensure safety etc especially, as nearly, if not all lights, out on house. The desperation of scrambling to cover up so much lends strongly towards CW and McAlbutts being nefarious imo.
Well you have to go back to the first two days, and try and figure out where they claim JO was on the lawn. Because everyone had him different places. But the official version has him far away from the fire hydrant and electric box.
If you watch Brian A he does mention the electric box, why he did I don't know, I didn't make sense

We agree, however, that, "hos long to die in cold" (which was exclusively why the phone tech was a 'witness'), ONLY addresses the Jen McCabe testimony, where I'd agree she was likely truthfully insistent she did not make that search at 2:27 AM (if her otherwise shifty testimony and coaching doesn't cloud such). It goes to possibly clearing that aspect of the McCabe/Albert conspiracy, NOT Karen's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. I don't think (in a juror's mind) the Commonwealth won any points with either witness in that regard.
No, she did. This expert herself reported she couldn’t say it didn’t happen in her report. Also, she only accessed the phone.
Google is a whole other thing. The defense has both a Cellbrite expert and a Google tech coming to testify.
