    Explaining every weakness:
Drake Man: Water puts out fire. (That said I think he moves around way too much for Shield Bubble to be a conventional attack.)
Polar Woman: Fire melts ice. Also when she moves across the screen she'll always be on the ground (except when she gets close to you, which she'll harmlessly twirl over you), which gives an easy linear shot, which is the Dragon Breath's range.
Reactor Man: Not 100% sure on this one, but since reactors output a lot of energy, introducing freezing elements can mess with the energy output. Also as shown, while Reactor Man does jump around a lot, it's actually fairly safe standing right next to him (since his Charge Beam basically hits you at the same speed every time), which makes it very easy to point-blank him with a fully-charged Snow Roller. (Also I think he's the only robot master that can be frozen by the Snow Roller? Don't quote me on that.)
Ghost Woman: If ghosts can only scary in the dark, bring the light! Also Ghost Woman does fly around a lot and very quickly, which can make her hard to hit with most weapons. Charge Laser has an instant full horizontal range, which means you don't really have to aim, you just need to be at her height.
Beetle Lady: Shoutout to needlesalvo126 for the logic on this one: Certain bugs are attracted to blue light, just like the ones given off by Soul Trap and enemies trapped by it. And speaking of being trapped enemies, her Beetle Drones seem to fit the bill pretty well! Also shown in the video, if you hit her Beetle Drones fast enough they basically end up in her fight path. Even without trapping anything, it's still a nice and quick projectile to hit her from a distance, since staying away from her gives you the most time to react to her attacks.
Dune Woman: Guessing here but most bugs can burrow underground, where strong sandstorm winds wouldn't really be an issue. Also the Beetle Drone both hits her when she's far up in the air using Desert Storm and also when she creates a sand clone to confuse the player (the drones won't target the clone). It's also nice to have drones do the work for you, since Dune Woman is one of the fights you need to pay a bit more attention in.
Missile Man: Strong winds can throw off the trajectory of missiles, and as shown the Desert Storm does indeed get rid of Missile Man's Blast Missiles (Although this might happen with other RM projectiles, I'm not sure.) Also how Missile Man moves makes him almost always in front of you, which is exactly where Desert Storm's range is.
Tide Man: Tide Man's Shield Bubble can take a lot of hits. Of course that just means you just hit it with something really strong, like a missile! Likewise, in a similar situation with Beetle Lady, you want to be further away from him when he throws his attacks, only except he doesn't move around as fast, nor as quickly. Also while he's "casting" his attacks, he leaves himself open for pretty long, giving you a decent window to fire a missile at him.
Eye-C.U.2: A big eye means you just got to give it a big "poke"! Aside from that I got nothing.
Fire Man: Callback to his original weakness: Ice Slasher. It does seem counterintuitive (see what I said for Polar Woman), but for a robot that has to constantly produce fire, I'd imagine getting melted snow in your system wouldn't do great things... Also he's almost always on the ground, which makes him an easy target for the Snow Roller.
Honey Woman: Since she's based off of Hornet Man (well technically she was an early concept design of Hornet Man), her weakness has to correlate to Hornet Man's weakness, Magma Bazooka. Supporting this, hitting one of the bees (or are they still hornets?) with the Dragon Breath creates a cross shot, which either gets rid of the other bees or hits Honey Woman afterwards.
Skull Man: I've got nothing for this one.
Dagger Man: Originally in Super Fighting Robot, his weakness was the Magic Missile. While there's not something that's specifically "magic" per se, we have a supernatural attack in Soul Trap. Close enough I guess? In the very least it's a very fast projectile to hit him with while he's teleporting all over the place.
Met Grabber: Like Beetle Lady, not how else this is really explained other than just having a lot of Soul Trap targets. (In the very least you can use the trapped Mets to block other Mets.) There are actually a few times you can trap them in the Met Grabber's path, which wasn't done in the video (such as when an empty crate drops, causing three Mets to pop from the "ground").
Big Bulb: Big Bulb actually has three different weaknesses.
-The one shown in the video (Charge Beam) can actually be used either inside or outside: Overcharging a light bulb can cause them to shatter. (As a side note, if you don't use the full charge, he'll just use his bulb flash attack at 10:55, which does automatically open up his top and stops all other attacks, but does no damage unless you use all of your energy to insta-kill him, which can be useful if you're not full on Charge Laser.)
-If you're inside Big Bulb, you can use Desert Storm to do a LOT of damage: Having sandstorm forces trying to push out a cramped enclosed space might be a bit bad for the bulb. (Plus a lightbulb should be clear of debris so you can have more light showing, as they can obstruct where the light shines and/or dull the brightness until it's cleared.)
-If you're outside Big Bulb, Beetle Drone is its weakness for the same reasoning as Beetle Lady's weakness: bugs are attracted to light. As said by SaviorV below, if too many bugs get burnt by the bulb, that can also eventually block out the light as well.
CWU-02P: Freezing machinery can make them susceptible to damage, such as strong impacts like from explosions.
Yoku Devil: Don't really have a logical reason. In-game, however, notice how the mini Yoku Devil always spawns diagonally of the Yoku Devil itself, and since an enemy killed with the Dragon Breath creates 4 shots that travel diagonally...
Wily Machine (part 1): Charge Laser opens up the eyes very quickly, and it's instant horizontal reach is good for hitting the eye itself, which is otherwise a bit awkward to hit due to it's small size and the need to jump to hit it.
Wily Machine (part 2): See video.
Wily Capsule: Shield Bubble can absorb some of Wily's attacks, which gives it good offensive and defensive capabilities. And whatever didn't pop the bubble can be used to attack Wily as well.

Never thought that Beetle Drones would be Big Bulb's third weakness, but like you said about Desert Storm, bugs are attracted to light, and if they get burned to a crisp by the heat emanating from strong bulbs / light sources, they eventually can block out the light.

For Wily Machine (Phase 2), the Skull Bombs can be destroyed, but an easier way to avoid them and get a Beetle Drone in is to stand on the ground, not too close to the bomb chute. Then jump over the first bomb, and stay still while the other two pass over your head, before jumping and firing a Beetle Drone into the hole, pressing Up as you fire so that the Drone gets sucked in. Repeat for both sides, and you should be able to beat that phase with no damage.

Well, they work out. Wily Capsule doesn't move fast and can eaisly be hit by pressing the attack button after using the bubble shield. And the snow roller gets semi-effected by ice physics plus you cann also charge it up and shoot it outwards to freeze the bubble boss then hit it with the missile or detonate it on him.

@@randomguyontheinternet7940 I was talking about Reactor Man and Drake Man's weaknesses, although I also think it's pretty bad for the Wily bosses. The weaknesses can be used well, but what's the point of even giving them a weakness when it's so much easier to just use the buster? The Wily Capsule I do think is an exception to this because of how often it flies out of the buster's range, but I've never found the Bubble Shield to be a worthwhile weapon against it because of how difficult it makes it to get out of the way of some of the attacks, along with the low ammo.

His stage is also pretty short and the enemies are all fairly easy to deal with. Plus, invincibility frames save you from lava pits which helps. Dune woman isn't bad either.
