We he have the same back 5 and same 2 keepers. Though I’ve dropped Williams and Bellingham for rice and kante. I’ve got Ruiz aswell with saka and Rodri I’m going heavy on ball recoveries I expect 0/0 in both games. I’ve gone yamal for ball recoveries too with gakpo and mbappe 7k rank

If France and Netherlands advance you end up with 4 players since you will have 2 goalkeepers in the final
In the finals u only need 11 players..you can't make subs nor change captains

Quick question. Can you use limitless chip card after semi finals? I saved it until the finals I’m just not sure if I can use it after semis. Can someone advise? Thanks

Yes it’s unlimited transfers just like limitless you just have a budget still

Hey Fran, currently 10 points off the top of my mini league, who are your favourite differentials? Still interested about what you think about Netherlands defence. I think England will give away lots of ball recoveries and it’s very possible the match goes to extra time imo. Weird as an England fan worrying about not enough Dutch players in my team but you know what England are like!
I would have said Yamal likely. I ended up with two Dutch defence in the end
@@FPLFran I ended up with double French which isn’t great but I still back England to score goals. I do think the Dutch and England will have lots of ball recoveries but not missing out on much and currently closing the gap!
This will be the first game in which England will face a team bringing the game to them rather than parking the bus and countering. Should suit England much more. Foden/Saka on the breakaway look value. Whether they can at the same time keep Gakpo out for 90 is another matter.

In the worst scenario, actually, you would end up with 4 players. Because you would have 2 gks and 3 players -> 4 players in total

If you had to pick 11 players to play and stick to one captain what team would you pick, i play the sun fantasy league and theres no options of bench

Yamal on the side of theo and hes a monster, and also will need to help jesus navas with mbappe at defence more then usual, id go nico or fabian ruiz if u want the spanish ones

think I saw multiple posts about this with Switzerland last time out (who I think might still be a touch better than the Dutch). England are hard to watch but they're not diabolically bad

England have a MUCH better chance of winning the Euro Final if they were to play France compared to Spain, assuming they knock out the Netherlands first.

Although I expect Spain to win, I don't really trust any of their players for captain (can be Williams producing, Olmo, Yamal, even Rodri. There is not a "main" threat) and for England I just choose Saka (no Bellingham nor Kane), so its between him and Gakpo.
For Team selection, would you recomend Rice (for the 6 recoveries per game) or Bellingham (for the possible return) ?
I've gone with Yamal, Gakpo and Mbappe up front

You compared Cody Gakpo against Van Dijk and not Memphis Depay.

Instead of chasing ball recoveries chase defenders who get subbed off early and take their clean sheet points with them. Ake might not be the worst shout after all.

Always loved your fpl content. But this is a very biased content, I know you believe Spain will qualify but it’s bad that you are allowing us think that. France can easily win Spain as they would be without Carvajal and Le Normand so 6 Spanish players is very wrong don’t let us think that way because you Spanish.
He specifically says that its his own high-risk and biased wild card team. The first draft is an excellent, non-biased selection.

@@FPLFran Congrats on the qualification! Absolute masterclass with Olmo and Yamal in your team selection. Me and my mates were rooting for Spain, since they're the only proper attack-minded team in the semi's.
In the worst case scenario that England (4) and Spain (6) get knocked out, you will have to chew a negative to field 11 players
Changed it up in the end. Swapped Maignan Cucu with Upamecano and Simon. And went 3x Dutch
