This company fabricates these (in shipping containers!) and sends them wherever. They've sent one to Tasmania and New Zealand which helped the industries there boom and get 100's more hempcrete houses built. They are about $100000 Australian plus shipping. And of course this decortication machine wouldn't have to stay in one place but could travel from region to region processing as part of seasonal harvests.

Wow yes bringing it to Europe would probably be a bit more or? And yes for a budget you can get a cheaper one.
