    Hey thanks for this vid! My question is, is the stitch forever gonna be holding your ears back? Because at first I thought that the stitches will eventually dissolve and your ears will actually heal together thus bonding them permanently. Or the stitches forever gonna be inside your ears holding them back?

    Hi Cloe! I though you were in the USA because of yoyr accent. I have done my otoplasty in Massachusetts, the USA and to be honest with you they were a disaster. In my case it is just one ear but after the first procedure we had problems with sucture. So The doctor revised it but the result I guess it is worse because he could not set it back and then I have scars which did not happen for the first time. I am going to set an appointment so he can see the mess he have done. I was excited because it is something I wanted to do sing since I was a little boy, however it has been a nightmare so far. I had to pay out of the pockwr for it!

    In your last video you mentioned wearing a headband for a month after the surgery. Do you wear it 24/7 ?

      Kommt drauf an ob du minderjährig bist ,wenn ja Rate ich dir zu einem Arzt zu gehen und ihm sagen dass die Schüler dich mobben und sie deshalb operieren willst. Glaube dann übernimmt das die Krankenkasse oder du musst ein Teil selber zahlen.

    • @RihannahH
      @RihannahH Před 5 lety +2

      It honestly depends on a lot of things, in different places it may cost more or less, i suggest you book an appointment and they will tell you about everything that will happen and how much it would cost for that specific operation.

    • @mayjuly6745
      @mayjuly6745 Před 5 lety +1

      Yeah.. thanks I will try to be brave to do appointment,,i do price research for some places.. but now i was in Australia just want to know is less than $4000 or no? I really want to do it so bad..

    • @RihannahH
      @RihannahH Před 5 lety +1

      Julia Linx Well I just recently had mine the other day and mine was 4,000 but I’d have to say that the money is worth it in the end if you have a good surgeon. I did some quick research and it averages around 4000 near Australia, so it could very much could be.
      I hope I could help you

    • @mayjuly6745
      @mayjuly6745 Před 5 lety +1

      Jingo_Kitti woahh.. congratulations for you.. this is my biggest insecure... did you need to wearing the bandage on? For how long? And which country ar you stay?

    • @RihannahH
      @RihannahH Před 5 lety +2

      Julia Linx Thank You, yes I was also very insecure about it too. After the surgery they wrap your head and you wear that for around a week, and you have to sleep on your back to stop from accidentally rubbing them back and undoing the stitches. And then you’ll go back around a week later, maybe less. My appointment is on Thursday. They will take it off and wraps a smaller one for a few more days, then take that one off another few days later, then for around 6 weeks you’ll have to wear a headband when you sleep just to make sure you don’t mess things up while your still healing. And I live in The United States. I’m sorry it’s so long and I hope his helps you, and you should totally go for it.
