St. Elisabeth Church in Bruges, Belgium (Begijnhofkerk Sint-Elisabeth in Brugge, België)

St. Elisabeth Church was built in 1245, rebuilt in 1605 after a fire. This red brick church has only one statue on its exterior facade and that is of St. Elizabeth placed over the one entry door.

The St. Elisabeth Church church is not as visually stunning as other, larger churches in Bruges, however it is very special as there are benedictine nuns who still use this church for their daily vespers.
