At the meeting

Be prepared to pause the video where they have the exercises
Make sure you have the notes pages to provide any additional instructions for the video.
Finally make sure they have the 7 WHYs as a take home.
If time permits review the 7 WHYs, if not, have them take this home and read it. It will bless their life.

It starts with their belief system to know that they are WORTHY of Change - no shame. The video is geared towards providing them instructions to change and making 2016 the best start of their life.
