It is time for T.G./Hotch to come back. And it is time for the network and producers to let him come back. He was punished, he paid for his temper. Hotch's son is already 16-17 years old. And Hotch was a workaholic. If his son is old enough, he would come back. That is Hotch's character. He would come back to work, because he loved his job. Besides, there are lot worse actors and actresses than T.G. out there working in the entertainment industry... So everybody who is still after T.G. because of that altercation (years ago in the past... T.G. apologized too...) is a hypocrite.
