Real talk-this intro gave me chills and brought tears to my eyes. It’s so beautiful! I like the villas are eco friendly and LOVE the entire building is made on chukum. Daniel Montemayor killed it with the pans and edits. This is the best one yet! I don’t know how y’all can top this shit unless you jump out a plane on the next intro. 😂 I want to live in Tulum. this house is wicked. do I need a visa for long stays?
For long stays, yes. I usually only stay for 1 to 2 weeks at a time when I go, so I don't need one as of yet. Eventually, I will be getting one. Thank you for watching.

Hello. You are incorrect. There are people who have bought in the community as their main home. The development will have other amenities that would make this area a great place to live if someone is looking to live away from highly populated areas.
