I really like that on the coffee table it's really nice I like the colors that you put in the the flower vase to that's really pretty can't use a coffee table my living room cuz it's too small but that's really pretty in your living room

It looks great! The only recommendation I would have is to move the"home" sign down a bit because the wreath is so large

Just imagine your sitting room...without the silk flowers and foliage! Empty! Lifeless! As a ( retired) florist, i approve of your designs. Even a few branches of fresh foliage and just a few grasses, reeds, make a difference. 😊 💐🌿🌻☕🍪

Love how it all turned out. I live in south Florida and it doesn’t seem right to use orange and rust so early in the fall season. So this year I’m going with a more muted color scheme for early fall then transition to Halloween in October then in November bring in those brighter colors.

Give you a suggestion move the Fig the bowls wooden Bowl down just a 2in and put one of those big globes right next to the wooden Bowl to fit bowls next to each other is just too much I think

Thank you! In the video, that is one “bush” or if you get the smaller stems, you probably would need 3-4. Hobby lobby has two sizes of these ferns☺️

So sweet! We love dogs, clearly, lol, we have 3! Gunny is the goldendoodle. Rhea, the little white and brown one, is a hound mix and Maia is also a hound mix.

Aww thank you! They were very curious about what I was making with that fruit lol! I ended up moving the little oranges I added on the coffee table just in case they decided they wanted a nibble. I tend to keep that kind of stuff out of their reach 🥰

The one on the side table is from Target last year. It’s the Threshold brand and it’s called Pumpkin Woods. Maybe they will bring it back this year!

I have to account for the tv. If they were moved over any further, they would be blocked by tv, which I think wouldn’t look quite right. Thanks for the feedback though.
Some interesting elements, but please, NO SIGNS, it completely cheapens the look. Also, when you can afford it I would recommend changing out your sectional......NO cup holders. Maybe that was your husband's idea. Good luck.
Are you saying no “signs” because some other interior designer said it or you really came up with that idea? This is her home. May be she doesn’t want a genetic Instagram home like everyone else out there, they all have the same fall stems, the same pillows etc… some people just want to have what they like in their homes, there is nothing home with that.
Really appreciate your reply here. I always say that your home should reflect your own style, draw inspiration for others, but make it your own. I am not an interior designer and never claimed to be, I am self-taught, so I definitely make mistakes when it comes to decorating. I do try to share what I love and my ideas.
I have 3 young children, so some of the decor pieces I pick, like my couch, have features, like the cup holders, for them. I truly appreciate your kindness, we need more of that in the world, so thank you again.
I think it is beautiful and functional, makes sense for a space to be comfortable and personalized. Home should be for your family, not to impress anyone else. Do what’s right for you, you’re doing great Ashley; don’t let anyone’s negativity stop you from doing what you love and your creativity!
