Hello John Wow - I forgot about some of this dream. The whole dream is not here , but it was a long one. It is interesting that In the dream I was going to speak on Matt 25. I love Matt 25 - and we all need oil. The oil, our life in God, our relationship with Holy spirit, The Word and Jesus - should cause our character to match or even be greater than our gifts. However, many times it does not. As I look back at this dream, I wonder if we need to look a different direction - maybe instead of following everyone on the stage - we need to look around us and just love on the Jacobs. Hi Julie, thank you so much for sharing this dream 🙏 I had pieced it together with some visuals, the part where the interpretation came about Jacob, a few years back for my brother. It’s amazing how fast time passes. I felt like others could use hearing it that maybe haven’t (in light of recent events). I make weird connections sometimes, but I had my own dream about Jacob once. In it, I saw many children’s drawings on a wall and as I walked closer, I made out one with my little brothers artwork and his name signed in kid crayon. I immediately heard “I Am hastening the Blessing of Jacob.” I fell to my knees crying and praying in the Spirit. The words felt so weighty. I remember about the slippery slope part as well in your dream, it was such a powerful image. You must have had a good dad. I was self-conscious to share your dream in this context, and I knew that part had your personal connection with your own dad in real life. People online can be mean. I do feel the message of your dream is so important now. I didn’t remember about the Mathew 25. I have a Calvary Chapel background and to me it’s such a central theme of Jesus Revolution. In real life and in the movie, you can see God’s hand breaking down the barriers between the hippies (like Lonnie…or, Jacob?) and the Church goers ⛪ like Chuck Smith. Cultivating sincere love and affection in Christ. To see it, is such a heart warming feeling. I’m sure it pleases God. The idea that the meeting of the two worlds-is a key part of the birthing of revival-seems important to me. The movie had me tearing up and wondering at the end…was something quenched? I know it was supposed to be happy because Chuck Smith and Greg Laurie and the big church. But I just found myself feeling a deep sadness for Lonnie. It was like something had broken between a son and a father. I find also that your dream is deeply rooted in what the Scriptures reveal. We find the intense desire of God revealed in the spirit of Elijah for true parenting: “He will turn the hearts of the parents to their children, and the hearts of the children to their parents” (Malachi 4:5). One other quick dream I’ll share. Before I had my first son, I was on the phone in a dream with a good friend. I was expressing to him that we are in the last days brother, I want to be on the front lines of battle and perform great feats for the Lord. He calmly said in his reply “that sounds great brother…I’d like to invite you to parent’s night.” I remember thinking “what!? Did you not just hear me!?” as I woke up. Being a dad now…it’s begun to click and make much more sense. And maybe that could be applied more broadly in the body of Christ…an invitation to parent’s night 🤔
Julie, I appreciate your contribution to the Body of Christ and the experience we were able to share together in the '80s on worship team. There were some very good things and some very bad things that went on during that time, but I can remember seeing in you a consistent and pure heart for the Lord. That means a great deal to me, as I am sure it does to the Lord, as well. Thank you!
I was from 1983-1996 at what started as SKCF, and I started there at age 20......had been saved 3 days. I knew Julie as one of our worship leaders, and many times she gave a 100% right on prophetic song from the Lord, and it was so encouraging to me. I was always in prayer meetings and church meetings during those years until I got married and we moved to another state....it was at the end of 96 when it has been said Mike began his affair(s?) 😢 . I have spent the last two months trying to process all of this. One thing that has hit me hard is how the young people were neglected and abused by my ....the older...generation. Most of us in that church at that time came from massive dysfunction, but we were sincere believers. We were a ragtag group that ended up scattering by 1996. But we dropped the ball with mentoring young believers. Our focus was wrong and on our own lives with God, really....certainly not on our younger believers. Noone understood what healthy love was, or even some foundational truths. We were totally sincere, but every wind and wave and change came along. Noone....certainly not Mike or leadersip in our ragtag beginnings understood how to truly care or love each other because we ourselves came out of terrible backgrounds. God wants us to love one another? Everyone said "I love you with the love of the Lord" . You had problems with addictions, abusive family, or severe problems? A prayer should take care of that....and faith not feeling. Etc etc....Such a lack of understanding and wisdom. When I watched this video, I cried because I have been a part of that people who have done this to the young believers....I believe that this is the time to move onto something new.....by finding the Lords perfect will to love, nurture, and invest our lives into the younger believers....whatever their age is. I cant write everything here, and I have said this poorly, but this dream IS right on. Mike Bickle will always be my greatly loved brother in Christ....actually every christians real brother even if they hate what he did, so many prayers for him and his family. Time to seek the Lord for a new beginning and mercy on us all . And I saw the video before this one....I am going to pray for you too, John. God bless you
I appreciate your heart and recognition of the spiritual self-centeredness that is so difficult to identify in ourselves, but I now disagree with your take on Mike. I was there in 83 also, and for years I gave him the benefit of doubt, always believing the best about his sincerity, and he was only deceived by Bob Jones (the false prophet) But we have to face the reality that no one who is truly born of the Spirit and a man of God habitually manipulates and sexually abuses the sheep. That’s what only a predator does. Wolves and sheep have different DNA. I hope you’ll prayerfully consider that.
Praise God that your brother was delivered! My daughter also was delivered almost 18 years ago from a cocaine addiction she was getting ready to comit suicide and said if you’re real you need to show up and He showed up! Never went back delivered immediately! Blessings
I don't think Pastors are going to be changing the model anytime soon, even with the Mike Bickle fiasco. With that being said, I can definitely relate to and understand the dream's importance. Maybe now more than ever.
Sorry I put this out kind of early (tired this morning & my lighting was bad for part of it). The main take away from the dream, I hope others are able to come away with, is it sounds like God is "pressing down" stage Christianity and calling forth a remnant (who might not be so polished on the outside). He is the Christ who "suffered outside the gate" (Hebrew 13:12) and sometimes I think we forget that...you know? The only thing I have done with ihop is click on a live stream of the supposedly 24/7 prayer room, two or three times and didn't even make it three or five minutes because nothing was happening at the time and I wasn't feeling Holy Spirit (not saying He was there at the time), just I didn't feel Him. Once, I did click off because of what was being said. Can't say what was said, or what date that was, just clicked off the screen and went on with my life. I am telling you this so that it is clear I have no hidden agendas or preconceived ideas or loyalty(being a yes woman) to any of them or you, at this time. So as an outsider, I had very little understanding of what Julie's dream was saying as you posted very little of it. I could tell you did not post all of it and the visuals with this video during her telling of the dream were annoying enough I click to a different window and just listened. I would have preferred you just post her telling the dream without the visuals. But, I was getting nothing from her dream in this video anyway, so maybe it doesn't matter. Here is my interpretation of Julie’s dream. It is defiantly about Bickle. The 5 year clock brings us to current events. Mike recently spoke to the house of God with the prayer movement for Israel coupled with his being banned from IHOP. 5 years exactly!! He along with Jacob and David have a deep love for God. God is famous for taking a fiery heart for God and use it for His glory!! Even though they were deceivers they also repented and fulfilled their callings. God sent them as she said. Relax and watch God restore Mike and use a broken heart for His glory.😮
Bickle is now losing his first born (ihop) and is now in the cave of Adulam. There will be a company of fiery hearts that will stand with him. They will fulfill the calling that Bickle has. It may not be with IHOP per say. It will be a group that will stand apart from them!! This will start the end time move of God that will take place at the Arrow head stadium. God will have His way!! Sorry, I should have clarified...Julie was actually sharing the interpretation part of her dream. If you go to the original video, you can hear the first and longer part. The Jacob, in her dream, was symbolized by what was supposed to be an intern-kinda kid who needed "guidance"--not one of the speakers on the stage. She also expressed clearly in the interpretation she was given - that they needed mothering and fathering. What made me think that there is more to the message of the dream is the clock reading 5 O’clock. 5 years brings us exactly to Mike’s scandals breaking. Also in dream he is going to talk on the prayer movement. Recently he lead the Israel prayer movement. Jacob’s story ends up with God moving him to his calling regarding Israel. Mike is currently wrestling with God!! I believe God will forgive him and he will fulfill his calling. Mike is defiantly a fiery one. He will be restored however it will look different than he expected. The dream could have dual meanings. Bless you brother!!
If you check on the Santa Maria channel where she released the dream, at Paul Cain's memorial there, I remember listening to him speak (Mike Bickle) and him breaking down a bit. Lol. Sometimes people hear and see but don't hear and see (Matthew 13:13-15). People who have been "in ministry" the longest can sometimes have the most "clogged ears." I can break it down pretty simply as one whose main experience in ministry is working with the poor in Haiti. It's a call to care for the orphaned spirit of so many young people, who have not found refuge in your "ministries," so called. Leaders are being pressed down from the stage-driven Christianity (like Mike Bickle) and those with "lots of experience in ministry" (like yourself) are being called to truly father and mother, to care for the ones who don't have the pretty, polished surface of the church world (or your "ministry pedigrees" and such). Actually, she referenced directly from the story of Jacob and Esau we find in Scripture. And it's Scripture that reveals of God that "He speaks in dreams, in visions of the night, when deep sleep falls on people, as they lie in their beds" (Job 33:15). I didn't say anything about the word of Bob Jones being fixed in heaven...what are you talking about? It's the word of the Lord, that you say is fixed forever, that revealed God speaks through dreams. No one expects the dream to speak to you. You could move on peacefully. But I wouldn't recommend turning your cynicism or unbelief about it onto God, who has chosen throughout history to speak through dreams. In fact, Biblical Canon itself would not exist in the form it does today without the Council of Nicea, instituted by Constantine. Constantine ascribes his rise to power to a supernatural dream given in which he saw the cross superseding the sign of the sun (he had previously been a worshipper of the sun god apollos) saying "in this sign you shall be victorious." Because he had this dream, his men paint the cross on all their gear and subsequently won the feuding civil wars of that time and conquered the Roman Empire. You are able to appreciate the Canon of Scripture today as brought forth in the Council of Nicea. While I can understand this sentiment in the context of (24/7 prayer) and the incorporating of "Houses of Prayer"...I see the same error present all across American Christendom who has incorporated virtually every house of God into 501c3's. I'll never forget one place I went to and I was actually asked to sign a liability form to get prayer for my busted ankle...isn't that crazy? Anyhow, I didn't mean specifically or just the "poor little sheep of IHOPKC." I specifically chose not to intern there and have no affiliation with that ministry. My point was more or less a question to the broader body of Christ...how much are you fathering and mothering the next generation? It's not just the world who has shirked the duty of parenthood. Even if it's only the sheep you consider good or worthy of your "pity"...I think the parenting of the next generation is a noble cause we are called to in God and it has been cast off by more than just the world. The archaic models of religion in America are collapsing for more reasons than boredom, in my humble opinion. I have sat under the boring teachers. For that matter, I found Mike Bickle an extremely boring teacher. I was never "excited" by his teaching. But his boringness wasn't the error for which God removed him. The boringness isn't the problem for me so much as the showy pretense of models of religion that are not based in the authentic relationship of the body of Christ. Biblically, when the Spirit of God was at work in the church, you find them doing life together in authentic and sincere ways. "They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts" (Acts 2:46). Can you point me to where that is present today? I have had one spiritual mom that really took me in and would have coffee and break bread with me, and she sowed so much into my life through our many conversations. She went to the Moody Bible college and was a sincere and devout follower of Christ. But I find, she was a rare gem in today's world, and for the most part that is not the norm in the body of Christ.@@kataiwannhn

Just as you need money in the supermarket to be able to buy what you want, you also need certain conditions in the house of prayer in order to get what you want around the clock. Actually, fulfilling God's commandments and agreeing with God's will are the prerequisites for prayers to be answered. This is the money, so to speak. But this seems to me to be more about bringing Mike Bickle's ideas and his agenda to God and using helpers to do this so that it can be heard more clearly. Isn't that immoral? It somehow reminds me of the cleansing of the temple in John 2, what is happening right now. Furthermore, it is strange to use the Acts of the Apostles as a model for the end-time church and not the church model from the Revelation of John, i.e. the seven churches. There is a lot of talk about this, but in my opinion in a superficial way. I once listened to a sermon by Mike Bickle at one of the seven churches and was also bored because of the lack of substance in the delivery and the many repetitions. Revelation mentions that the seven churches must first overcome their shortcomings. Only then will the book with the seven seals be opened and God (but not the church) will reach his kingdom on earth. Such a coincidence, right?

Exhausting. Jesus is the Open Heaven. Jesus is Jacob's' Ladder: (He then added, “Very truly I tell you, you will see ‘heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending on’ the Son of Man") We do not get to an open heaven by doing anything. I would love to comment. God promises no one tomorrow. Nobody knows if they'll be alive tomorrow. Now there are biblical prophecies that are already written in the Bible that are going to happen in the future. Some of the church will be there when it happens. But you don't know if you'll be there . God has a plan and he's going to fulfill that plan in his own time. So let's say I claimed I have a word from the Lord that within 10 years a billion people are going to be saved. If it's a true word, can Jesus come back within that time frame ? No. Because it would have to be fulfilled because God is not a liar .we would be able to say Jesus will not be back within that 10 year period. And no one knows the day or the hour of his return. That's why prophecy that involves future events that are not in the Bible, are not for today. Prophecy is edification and preaching. It's not like Isaiah ,Jeremiah or John writing the Book of Revelation or Joel. Or Daniel .The Scripture says in the days of old God spoke to us through the prophets and in various ways but in this last days he has spoken to us through his Son. I was also there in 1983 - I do not believe Bob Jones, Paul Cain and Augustine were false prophets. Of all three, the one I knew the best was Bob Jones. From 1983 - 1990 there was a purity there - and very clear words that did come to be. I believe about everything he would speak was written down and then years later - everything about the House of Prayer that was spoken in the 80's came to be. I remember the early days of Augustine - I do not believe he was a false prophet - He had a true gift. They all had true gifts. Now, I am not sure who - @anthonylomonte3437 is - But, they did have very clear words. Now, as we all look back, with all three men, they did not live the lives they were preaching.. Their character did not match their gifting. That is very clear. However, We do know that Romans 11:29 tells us; For God's gifts and His call are irrevocable. [He never withdraws them once they are given, and He does not change His mind about those to whom He gives His grace or to whom He sends His call]. Romans tells us that - When God calls a man or women - that calling is still there whether they have obeyed or not. That calling is still there whether their character is proven or not. How we can learn is, Let us all be accountable to our leadership so that we all have a character that is proven as gold when no one is looking. That is actually what was taught many times over in Kansas City and all through my days at IHOP-KC - its the whole point of Matt 25. The only way to know if a dream or prophecy is valid is if it is corroborated by the Word of God. Also, Rev 19:10 says “the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy." , Jesus said Moses and the prophets wrote of HIM. That is what bothers me with the modern prophetic movement, it does not seem to be testifying about Jesus, and I am concerned Jer 14:14 applies to much or most of it.
I understand, there is a lot of non-sense in the prophetic movement. This dream spoke to me in regard to the story of Jacob in the Scriptures. I felt it brought the importance of the "roughians" (as Christ' disciples also were) and the desperate need for authentic fathering and mothering in the body of Christ.

Wow - I forgot about some of this dream. The whole dream is not here , but it was a long one. It is interesting that In the dream I was going to speak on Matt 25. I love Matt 25 - and we all need oil. The oil, our life in God, our relationship with Holy spirit, The Word and Jesus - should cause our character to match or even be greater than our gifts. However, many times it does not. As I look back at this dream, I wonder if we need to look a different direction - maybe instead of following everyone on the stage - we need to look around us and just love on the Jacobs. Hi Julie, thank you so much for sharing this dream 🙏 I had pieced it together with some visuals, the part where the interpretation came about Jacob, a few years back for my brother. It’s amazing how fast time passes. I felt like others could use hearing it that maybe haven’t (in light of recent events).
I make weird connections sometimes, but I had my own dream about Jacob once. In it, I saw many children’s drawings on a wall and as I walked closer, I made out one with my little brothers artwork and his name signed in kid crayon. I immediately heard “I Am hastening the Blessing of Jacob.” I fell to my knees crying and praying in the Spirit. The words felt so weighty.
I remember about the slippery slope part as well in your dream, it was such a powerful image. You must have had a good dad. I was self-conscious to share your dream in this context, and I knew that part had your personal connection with your own dad in real life. People online can be mean. I have a Calvary Chapel background and to me it’s such a central theme of Jesus Revolution. In real life and in the movie, you can see God’s hand breaking down the barriers between the hippies (like Lonnie…or, Jacob?) and the Church goers ⛪ like Chuck Smith. Cultivating sincere love and affection in Christ. To see it, is such a heart warming feeling. I’m sure it pleases God.
The idea that the meeting of the two worlds-is a key part of the birthing of revival-seems important to me. The movie had me tearing up and wondering at the end…was something quenched? I know it was supposed to be happy because Chuck Smith and Greg Laurie and the big church. But I just found myself feeling a deep sadness for Lonnie. It was like something had broken between a son and a father.
I find also that your dream is deeply rooted in what the Scriptures reveal. We find the intense desire of God revealed in the spirit of Elijah for true parenting: “He will turn the hearts of the parents to their children, and the hearts of the children to their parents” (Malachi 4:5).
One other quick dream I’ll share. Before I had my first son, I was on the phone in a dream with a good friend. I was expressing to him that we are in the last days brother, I want to be on the front lines of battle and perform great feats for the Lord. He calmly said in his reply “that sounds great brother…I’d like to invite you to parent’s night.” I remember thinking “what!? Did you not just hear me!?” as I woke up. Being a dad now…it’s begun to click and make much more sense. And maybe that could be applied more broadly in the body of Christ…an invitation to parent’s night 🤔
Julie, I appreciate your contribution to the Body of Christ and the experience we were able to share together in the '80s on worship team. There were some very good things and some very bad things that went on during that time, but I can remember seeing in you a consistent and pure heart for the Lord. I was from 1983-1996 at what started as SKCF, and I started there at age 20......had been saved 3 days. I knew Julie as one of our worship leaders, and many times she gave a 100% right on prophetic song from the Lord, and it was so encouraging to me. I was always in prayer meetings and church meetings during those years until I got married and we moved to another state....it was at the end of 96 when it has been said Mike began his affair(s?) 😢 . I have spent the last two months trying to process all of this. One thing that has hit me hard is how the young people were neglected and abused by my ....the older...generation. Most of us in that church at that time came from massive dysfunction, but we were sincere believers. We were a ragtag group that ended up scattering by 1996. But we dropped the ball with mentoring young believers. Our focus was wrong and on our own lives with God, really....certainly not on our younger believers. Noone understood what healthy love was, or even some foundational truths. We were totally sincere, but every wind and wave and change came along. Noone....certainly not Mike or leadersip in our ragtag beginnings understood how to truly care or love each other because we ourselves came out of terrible backgrounds. God wants us to love one another? Everyone said "I love you with the love of the Lord" . You had problems with addictions, abusive family, or severe problems? A prayer should take care of that....and faith not feeling. Etc etc....Such a lack of understanding and wisdom. When I watched this video, I cried because I have been a part of that people who have done this to the young believers....I believe that this is the time to move onto something new.....by finding the Lords perfect will to love, nurture, and invest our lives into the younger believers....whatever their age is. I cant write everything here, and I have said this poorly, but this dream IS right on. Mike Bickle will always be my greatly loved brother in Christ....actually every christians real brother even if they hate what he did, so many prayers for him and his family. I appreciate your heart and recognition of the spiritual self-centeredness that is so difficult to identify in ourselves, but I now disagree with your take on Mike. I was there in 83 also, and for years I gave him the benefit of doubt, always believing the best about his sincerity, and he was only deceived by Bob Jones (the false prophet) But we have to face the reality that no one who is truly born of the Spirit and a man of God habitually manipulates and sexually abuses the sheep. That’s what only a predator does. Wolves and sheep have different DNA. I hope you’ll prayerfully consider that.

The main take away from the dream, I hope others are able to come away with, is it sounds like God is "pressing down" stage Christianity and calling forth a remnant (who might not be so polished on the outside). The only thing I have done with ihop is click on a live stream of the supposedly 24/7 prayer room, two or three times and didn't even make it three or five minutes because nothing was happening at the time and I wasn't feeling Holy Spirit (not saying He was there at the time), just I didn't feel Him. Once, I did click off because of what was being said. Can't say what was said, or what date that was, just clicked off the screen and went on with my life. I am telling you this so that it is clear I have no hidden agendas or preconceived ideas or loyalty(being a yes woman) to any of them or you, at this time.
So as an outsider, I had very little understanding of what Julie's dream was saying as you posted very little of it. I could tell you did not post all of it and the visuals with this video during her telling of the dream were annoying enough I click to a different window and just listened. I would have preferred you just post her telling the dream without the visuals. But, I was getting nothing from her dream in this video anyway, so maybe it doesn't matter.

Here is my interpretation of Julie’s dream. It is defiantly about Bickle. The 5 year clock brings us to current events. Mike recently spoke to the house of God with the prayer movement for Israel coupled with his being banned from IHOP. 5 years exactly!! He along with Jacob and David have a deep love for God. God is famous for taking a fiery heart for God and use it for His glory!! Even though they were deceivers they also repented and fulfilled their callings. God sent them as she said. Bickle is now losing his first born (ihop) and is now in the cave of Adulam. There will be a company of fiery hearts that will stand with him. They will fulfill the calling that Bickle has. Sorry, I should have clarified...Julie was actually sharing the interpretation part of her dream. If you go to the original video, you can hear the first and longer part. The Jacob, in her dream, was symbolized by what was supposed to be an intern-kinda kid who needed "guidance"--not one of the speakers on the stage. She also expressed clearly in the interpretation she was given - that they needed mothering and fathering. What made me think that there is more to the message of the dream is the clock reading 5 O’clock. 5 years brings us exactly to Mike’s scandals breaking. Also in dream he is going to talk on the prayer movement. Recently he lead the Israel prayer movement. Jacob’s story ends up with God moving him to his calling regarding Israel. Mike is currently wrestling with God!! I believe God will forgive him and he will fulfill his calling. Mike is defiantly a fiery one. From my vantage point, I noticed that the man’s room was as bright as day even in the darkness, because the hosts of Heaven were so close to breaking through. The Lord looked at me and said, “We have heard many pray, ‘Take us up.’ Instead, tell the faithful ones, ‘Heaven is coming down. Heaven is breaking in.’”

Lol. Sometimes people hear and see but don't hear and see (Matthew 13:13-15). People who have been "in ministry" the longest can sometimes have the most "clogged ears." I can break it down pretty simply as one whose main experience in ministry is working with the poor in Haiti. It's a call to care for the orphaned spirit of so many young people, who have not found refuge in your "ministries," so called. Actually, she referenced directly from the story of Jacob and Esau we find in Scripture. And it's Scripture that reveals of God that "He speaks in dreams, in visions of the night, when deep sleep falls on people, as they lie in their beds" (Job 33:15). I didn't say anything about the word of Bob Jones being fixed in heaven...what are you talking about? It's the word of the Lord, that you say is fixed forever, that revealed God speaks through dreams. No one expects the dream to speak to you. You could move on peacefully. But I wouldn't recommend turning your cynicism or unbelief about it onto God, who has chosen throughout history to speak through dreams.
In fact, Biblical Canon itself would not exist in the form it does today without the Council of Nicea, instituted by Constantine. Constantine ascribes his rise to power to a supernatural dream given in which he saw the cross superseding the sign of the sun (he had previously been a worshipper of the sun god apollos) saying "in this sign you shall be victorious." Because he had this dream, his men paint the cross on all their gear and subsequently won the feuding civil wars of that time and conquered the Roman Empire. You are able to appreciate the Canon of Scripture today as brought forth in the Council of Nicea. A dream, therefore, is central to your ability even to acknowledge the pure "word of the Lord" as found in "the canon of Scripture" today. I am grateful for dreams 🙏

While I can understand this sentiment in the context of (24/7 prayer) and the incorporating of "Houses of Prayer"...I see the same error present all across American Christendom who has incorporated virtually every house of God into 501c3's. Anyhow, I didn't mean specifically or just the "poor little sheep of IHOPKC." I specifically chose not to intern there and have no affiliation with that ministry. My point was more or less a question to the broader body of Christ...how much are you fathering and mothering the next generation? It's not just the world who has shirked the duty of parenthood.
Even if it's only the sheep you consider good or worthy of your "pity"...I think the parenting of the next generation is a noble cause we are called to in God and it has been cast off by more than just the world. The archaic models of religion in America are collapsing for more reasons than boredom, in my humble opinion.
I have sat under the boring teachers. For that matter, I found Mike Bickle an extremely boring teacher. I was never "excited" by his teaching. But his boringness wasn't the error for which God removed him. The boringness isn't the problem for me so much as the showy pretense of models of religion that are not based in the authentic relationship of the body of Christ. Biblically, when the Spirit of God was at work in the church, you find them doing life together in authentic and sincere ways. "They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts" (Acts 2:46). Can you point me to where that is present today?
I have had one spiritual mom that really took me in and would have coffee and break bread with me, and she sowed so much into my life through our many conversations. She went to the Moody Bible college and was a sincere and devout follower of Christ. But I find, she was a rare gem in today's world, and for the most part that is not the norm in the body of Christ.@@kataiwannhn

Just as you need money in the supermarket to be able to buy what you want, you also need certain conditions in the house of prayer in order to get what you want around the clock. Actually, fulfilling God's commandments and agreeing with God's will are the prerequisites for prayers to be answered. This is the money, so to speak. But this seems to me to be more about bringing Mike Bickle's ideas and his agenda to God and using helpers to do this so that it can be heard more clearly. Isn't that immoral? Furthermore, it is strange to use the Acts of the Apostles as a model for the end-time church and not the church model from the Revelation of John, i.e. the seven churches. There is a lot of talk about this, but in my opinion in a superficial way. I once listened to a sermon by Mike Bickle at one of the seven churches and was also bored because of the lack of substance in the delivery and the many repetitions. Revelation mentions that the seven churches must first overcome their shortcomings. Only then will the book with the seven seals be opened and God (but not the church) will reach his kingdom on earth. Such a coincidence, right?

Biblically speaking, God Himself tests men by calling them into action with the tithe and stating (if it’s performed) “I will throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.” (Malachi 3:10). He is a God who "will turn the hearts of the parents to their children, and the hearts of the children to their parents" (Malachi 4:6). Her dream was shared in relation to the blessing of God’s manifest presence moving among His people in tangible ways, as He has done in history, like in the Jesus Movement. I can see why it would be problematic relating it to your personal salvation in Christ. Hope that helps clear it up for you some.

I would love to comment. God promises no one tomorrow. Nobody knows if they'll be alive tomorrow. Now there are biblical prophecies that are already written in the Bible that are going to happen in the future. Some of the church will be there when it happens. But you don't know if you'll be there . God has a plan and he's going to fulfill that plan in his own time. So let's say I claimed I have a word from the Lord that within 10 years a billion people are going to be saved. If it's a true word, can Jesus come back within that time frame ? No. Because it would have to be fulfilled because God is not a liar .we would be able to say Jesus will not be back within that 10 year period. And no one knows the day or the hour of his return. That's why prophecy that involves future events that are not in the Bible, are not for today. Prophecy is edification and preaching. It's not like Isaiah ,Jeremiah or John writing the Book of Revelation or Joel. Or Daniel .The Scripture says in the days of old God spoke to us through the prophets and in various ways but in this last days he has spoken to us through his Son. I was also there in 1983 - I do not believe Bob Jones, Paul Cain and Augustine were false prophets. Of all three, the one I knew the best was Bob Jones. From 1983 - 1990 there was a purity there - and very clear words that did come to be. I believe about everything he would speak was written down and then years later - everything about the House of Prayer that was spoken in the 80's came to be. I remember the early days of Augustine - I do not believe he was a false prophet - He had a true gift. They all had true gifts. Now, I am not sure who - @anthonylomonte3437 is - But, they did have very clear words. Now, as we all look back, with all three men, they did not live the lives they were preaching.. Their character did not match their gifting. That is very clear. However, We do know that Romans 11:29 tells us; For God's gifts and His call are irrevocable. [He never withdraws them once they are given, and He does not change His mind about those to whom He gives His grace or to whom He sends His call]. Romans tells us that - When God calls a man or women - that calling is still there whether they have obeyed or not. That calling is still there whether their character is proven or not. How we can learn is, Let us all be accountable to our leadership so that we all have a character that is proven as gold when no one is looking. That is actually what was taught many times over in Kansas City and all through my days at IHOP-KC - its the whole point of Matt 25. The only way to know if a dream or prophecy is valid is if it is corroborated by the Word of God. Also, Rev 19:10 says “the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy." , Jesus said Moses and the prophets wrote of HIM. That is what bothers me with the modern prophetic movement, it does not seem to be testifying about Jesus, and I am concerned Jer 14:14 applies to much or most of it.
I understand, there is a lot of non-sense in the prophetic movement. This dream spoke to me in regard to the story of Jacob in the Scriptures. I felt it brought the importance of the "roughians" (as Christ' disciples also were) and the desperate need for authentic fathering and mothering in the body of Christ.
