UTStarcom CDM-8932 startup and shutdown

Hooray! finally have my hands on a utstarcom device. This device is very similar to the cdm 8940 as I would consider it just a metropcs version of that phone. anyways the ringtone video will be coming soon and later on I might send the phone off to someone who would be able to dump the firmware. otherwise, enjoy!
