      It’s very hard to get this wiring, the best suggestion is try and get something from a scrapped car of which there are plenty about now, look you scrap yards in your area

    Hi! I bought a set of used original springs for a MK2B Sporting 1.4 2004. (I hope so).
    Springs have markings on them: 2 yellow and 1 pink on the front and 2 yellow and 2 pink on the rear.
    Does anyone know if they are the correct springs ?

    I have Ford KA MK2 (Same as Fiat 500), you've shown a really quick short cut to replace springs when compared with other videos :)

      Thanks for the comment, this simple type of rear suspension is used on a lot of cars and is very easy to work on.

      Thanks for the support, if you check out the Video on this channel for replacing rear light bulbs this should answer your question. Video here-----> czcams.com/video/2P3gO6D9tW0/video.html

      ok, you need to get under the front bumper and remove the bulb from the back, sadly don't have a mk2 anymore so can't show you on video.

    Is this the same process as the same era Fiat Panda? (2004 1.1 active)

    • @PuntoHowto
      @PuntoHowto Před 4 lety

      Yes the suspension is a similar design so you shouldn’t find much different

    Hi
    looks like the shock absorber bolts are new. if i need new bolts where do i buy them or what should i search for? dimensions?

    • @PuntoHowto
      @PuntoHowto Před 2 lety +1

      I always buy them from fiat, expensive for a couple of bolts but then you’ll always get the exact correct part for the job

    You say the rear suspension is different on a Fiat grande punto ?? Is it still a similar process a just as easy to change the rear springs on a Fiat grande punto 57 reg please?

    • @PuntoHowto
      @PuntoHowto Před 2 lety

      The process is likely very similar, I must admit I’ve not looked at it on the grande, I know the rear shock absorbers are completely different in the way the mount at the top but you may still be able to undo them the same way from the bottom

    • @PuntoHowto
      @PuntoHowto Před 4 lety

      Where the rear suspension beam bolts to the car is about the strongest point to jack from at the back of the car
