A comment from 13+ years ago, the golden age of CZcams probably: no copyright infringements (for 12 seconds of a song in a video, then 10, then 7, then 5), no damn memes, no Vine or Tik Tok, no flames or bullying, no fascist propaganda, few fake news, just good music. A great song can be played in almost any style and still work. Paul Anka was an amazing song writer and Eddie Van Halen was an amazing song writer. How so? Everyone knows My Way and everyone knows Jump and that's first for starters. Talent covering talent

Surprisingly! But if you think about it, VH music was designed to be remixed and revitalized in different forms like this. It's very rhythmic based and its for folks who appreciate all kinds of musical genres.
I like this better than the original (VH was getting too commercial for my tastes.) The whole album is great! The arrangers did such a great job, that if you had never heard the originals, you would have thought that they were written to be played that way!
Would have liked if the orchestra added little hits on the “Can’t you see me standing here” part. That would have been sweet! Oh well, fabulous version otherwise! 👌🏾
This whole album shows that a great song is a great song regardless of musical style.
