After defeating Chip Esten, champion Karen makes a misfire in her quest for $5,000 in the Winner's Big Money Game. Can she use her limited time to make a comeback?
What a great win. I have seen so many of these where people just let the time run out. You might as well ring in and take a shot in the dark as you never know.
@@marcpower4167I don’t know about that. In the front game, the key is to buzz in the instant the “key word” is given before your opponents have a chance to buzz in (especially on the Fame Game questions), which is similar to the Winner’s Big Money game except you are playing against a clock instead of your opponents. As you can see, there haven’t been a lot of wins in the Winner’s Big Money game, and even less when you miss a puzzle, but in this particular case, if you keep playing the game, miracles can happen.
I used to watch Sale of the Century when I was a kid and it was on NBC, and they give away fabulous prizes similar to the The Price is Right, but that was surely a buzzer beater.
Yeah, it could have been any one of about 15 different states with limited information. She just buzzed in and said the first southern state that came to her mind. If her home state was Louisiana, that might have been what she was thinking most about.
That last one...what a shot in the dark!
Jim Perry sure knew how to make a win exciting!! Always fun to see a comeback like that.
What a comeback!
There’s something so nostalgic about the theme from Sale of the Century ❤️
Wow!! That was an incredible win!
Loved how she payed attention to the host on the rules of the winners big money game

That was the biggest flaw with this bonus round: You have to be damn lucky to win if you make a mistake or pass.
That and it had nothing to do with the front game.

How in the world she came up with Louisiana on that one, SOUTHERN STATE
