- Homegrown skateboards was established in 1996 as an indoor skate space. It continues to serve as a place to skateboard and host music events, as well as being a retail shop, the space includes a woodworking shop where skateboards are manufactured from scratch using east coast Maple and designed by skateboarders. Homegrown also silkscreens t shirts, hoodies, stickers, posters and other related products.

I'm amazed there arent boards made in the great lakes region considering Canadian maple from the great lakes region is upposed to be the best for decks

I think it's a roundover bit for routers.

Not necessary, I've made over 20000 skateboards. Don't need no stinkin dome :)

john man try titlebond wood glue
3 years ago I ordered some "environmentally friendly" glue and pressed 3 decks that all de-laminated within one month.
I'm not sure how far it's come by now, but I DID hear they're(enviro-glues) MUCH better now.
PLUS: The other glue makes you feel neat after a few verniers are coated😵😵😵😵🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮...still fun though.

Ok Lol WHAT!? We've been manufacturing skateboards for a decade now and this lady says "It takes (1) 20KG pail of glue to make 90 skateboard decks. 1 Gallon of glue weighs about 9lbs. So you're telling me 5 Gallons will make 90 skateboard decks? If so, please sign me up as I would like your magical unicorn fairy glue. 1 gallon of glue if you're hand spreading like the guy in the video would make 5-6 skateboard decks, if you have a glue machine and spoiled like us you can get 7.5-8 decks per gal of glue. There is 100% no way with 5 gallons of glue you would make 90 decks. Just not possible no matter what. Delam city.
