Hygral fatigue is simply when your hair cuticle is damaged due to excessive moisture entering and exiting the hair cuticle. When your hair is wet, the cuticle swells with moisture and as it dries it contracts. The hair cuticle isn’t designed to constantly change form so it will weaken over time, which leads to breakage. High porosity hair is much more likely to experience hygral fatigue because it has very open cuticles, meaning that moisture can enter and exit the hair shaft very easily. Low porosity hair, has closed cuticles and therefore a hard time letting water in (and out), so it’s unlikely to experience hygral fatigue. Everyone’s hair is different and it is important to look at the signs and causes of hygral fatigue and then assess the state of your own hair.

Hello didi, I always follow this routine since 10 to 15 years, but still my hair are frizzy and dry. We don't have hard water, I don't hunter my hair, I apply oil before every wash, and all which you explained in this video. Please suggest something to smoothen my hair.
Probably humid weather or sulfates in shampoo ..or not using conditioner maybe you have wavy or curly hair and need to follow cgm

I use ghee for hair massage, it used to leave my hair with soft and silky texture but after 2-3 days it used to get a little greasy.
I bought Rosemary oil to mix it with ghee, first time was good and it made my hair really clean and no dandruff.
On second use after 3-4 days after shampoo, there were some very minute dandruff flakes after wash but manageable.
After 3rd time using Rosemary oil with ghee,after shampoo
after applying oil, dandruff started to get built and as I was combing my hair,some hairs started to fall.
Do u know anything about it and can u help ?
