Strawberry Cream Pie

After the huge success of my Blueberry Cream Pie video with over 2.5 million views, many of you asked if strawberries could be substituted. Well, I listened, and I’m excited to share this delicious Strawberry Cream Pie with you all!
This pie is packed with flavor and is the perfect summer dessert. It’s delicious warm but even better the next day when it’s cold. The creamy filling and fresh strawberries make every bite irresistible. Whether you’re a fan of the original blueberry version or just love strawberries, this recipe is sure to become a favorite.
For the filling:
3 cups blueberries
3/4 cup of sugar
1/3 cup all purpose flour
2 large eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
For the crumb topping:
2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons sugar
a pinch of nutmeg
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup + 2 1/2 tablespoons flour
