Good.there are 4 methods of removal of microcatheter.
1.Ballon trapping
2.Cantos technique.
3.modified cantos technique.
3.circumscission.
Here the microcatheter is peeled off slowly.

In my practice, it is 100%. If you take precautions, your success rate will be 100%, too.　
1) Use this technique on the floppy wire only. Otherwise, distal perforation of the coronary artery might occur.
2) Keep the wire well moistened with dampened gauze.
3) Fully open the valve of the Y connector.
