My wife and I built in the eastern part of Cranberry way back in 1974. At that time there was one traffic light and not even a pizza shop. The nearest supermarket was on McKnight Road. We were fortunate to build in a valley surrounded by wooded land and pastures that still remain that way. But a "developer" has plans. Groan. And, yes, the taxes are low. The county hasn't reassessed since 1968. School district management has improved considerably since our children attended. Back then it was almost a crisis a day. Traffic is terrible and probably will get worse. We do most food shopping in Seven Fields altho I admit to being a Costco addict.
Love hearing about the way it was before all of the development. Are you near the cool springs dr development they’re talking about now? 790 new homes!
Might move from WNC to that area, looking for a 3-2 , 1 story ranch style home that’s good for a Grandma. Also need highish speed internet for FortNite 😆 if possible we need to be kinda near the car dealerships 30 min away is ok.
Congrats on the move. There’s tons of car dealerships within 30 minutes of Cranberry! Internet speeds can vary though within that range so definitely want to watch out for that. Would you be against a 30 minute zoom call to talk more?
