I drove 1,400 miles roundtrip from Virginia to see the RA Pyramid. Thank you to the Harple Family for preserving and placing this piece of art in such a special location. I've been a devoted Todd fan since the early 70's, so seeing the Pyramid was truly a magical moment for me.

He is my greatest influence on my own songwriting especially while I was barely 21in 1990 and imprisoned for 4 years and I just wanted to follow in his footsteps and be everything he was to me so I joined the fanclub and got the newsletter and though I hardly new much of the outside world New York or San Fran or the people they mentioned I read it like the bible over and over each month and ordered back issues of entertainment magazines with articles of him. I wanted to know the meaning of life like he had the answer. I put a personal ad in the newsletter and received penpals from Lithuania, Italy, England and the US and a girl who came to visit me on a plane 1000 miles away because we both liked Todd so much and were both musicians. I wrote him a letter while I was there. No reply but I didn't expect him to even personally see it anyway. Just wanted him to know there was a great new fan eager to learn. Thank you for this, Miranda. Magical When I got free and went to see him in Knoxville Tn I was able to get to his bus and get an autograph and a big hug. Such a peaceful person!
I think of my husband now passed. When I think of me I think of we. Wow. I could and have listened to this song a hundredfold, but wait I have. Thank you Todd you put your soul and heart into this one. As you do , like COME, on the white night album. So many more too much to mention
Such a great talent was introduced to this music shortly after found spiritual beliefs my life needed . Todd's work is healing power so many people need.
Todd playing the piano is like a tightrope walk, it alla adds to the magic, he has a love hate relationship with the instrument, thank god he persevered? Magical
It is very difficult to find solo piano versions of this song. The best is from the Old Grey Whistle Test (1980). Somebody pulled that off CZcams many years ago but left the rest of the set. This is a rare find. THANK YOU.

Wonder if OSHA lets Todd still climb that thing?.. thank God for being a teen in the 70's seeing Todd defying gravity on that pyramid stage set while WAILING on both vocals and guitar - what a great time to be invincible. Will never forget those shows Todd! RIP Moogy.
