I've found first part of thus lecture problematic. If kalamuka is jar majroor / mudaf mudaf e ilaihi then why last eord didn’t take kasra?
Because dhameer or pronoun "ka" remains same. (Kalamuka ).

at 45:49 , the teacher said, "madinatun" is a khabr. I think it should be "naat"...First he said it is a "naat". later it would be a slip of tongue I think.
here Khabr is Madinatun....
It is a khabar. If it was a na'at then it should have the alif and laam of definiteness.

Mahmoodun thaalibun kaslaanu, here it is kaslaanu not kaslaanun because it is a diptote or mabniyy means it doesn't change its vowel sign as it is in it's fixed form.( means nath agreed with the manooth...adjective agreed with the noun qualified)
