For the caramel cage, you could've used cling wrap over the bowl and then poured the caramel drizzle. It would've been so much easier to pull it out. But nonetheless, it was such a wholesome video💟💟

I just want to share something . In pumpkin pitha the shape is not like pumpkin , We have to add boiled pumpkin paste with rice powder dough and it add colour and a flavour of pumpkin .That's why it is called pumpkin pitha . We call it 'Lau pitha' or 'Rangalau pitha'( In assamese Rangalau means pumpkin ) .You should try the authentic 'Lau pitha' .
She made it in pumpkin shape to present the dish beautifully in Master chef .

Ya phir.... 1 cup water boil karke 1cut rice atta boiling water main dalne ke bad use acche se mix krna... Den flame band krke cover karke rakh do.... Bad main thoda thanda hone ke bad use kneed krlo.. Jo shape dena hai wo easy se hoga
