- This is some archived footage that I really wanted to share as soon as it was taken, but better couldn't have been done at the time. After putting this video together I realized that another visit to the Tunapuna Shopping Centre is due. It definitely is a favourite store now. Since then I am happy to say that two very wonderful persons have blessed us with a brand new stove. I seriously cannot wait to cook on it and share to pay it forward. Thanking the Lord God Almighty for all his blessings and direction. Enjoy.

Priceless Antique items; great haul, and at reasonable prices too; fascinating discovery of the replacement WICKS for the Kerosene Lamps. And that CHAMBER POT or "POSEY" stole centre stage. 👏 Chamber Pots or "Poseys" date back to around 1300BC!
I've done a little write-up about the town, TUNAPUNA, but for our FOREIGN FRIENDS who may want to visit Trinidad and Tunapuna, I'd like to share with them that the name of this town (Tunapuna) was so named BEFORE THE ARRIVAL OF COLUMBUS! So yes, A HISTORIC TOWN where VINTAGE KITCHEN UTENSILS WERE BOUGHT in this video.
Coincidence? I think not.

It was so good to see how much Tunapuna has changed. It was my old stumping ground back in the 70's. I remember the hanging store, C&I, and Tunapuna shopping Centre.

The "heng up" store burnt down. They had all kinds of things you couldn't get elsewhere.
