@@zippo awesome! i can only imagine "zippo world heritage series", that make alot of sense since zippo itself is a world heritage product☺️
This lighter seems to be missing from the uk web site. It was there a couple of weeks back but it wasn’t for sale... any idea where I can buy one from?
It will be available on May 1st! You can find it here: www.zippo.co.uk/armor/3698-2018-collectible-of-the-year-191693037357.html?adtoken=cda091818f0ee304d8b4ffb3213cde2c&ad=admin3852&id_employee=7
I bought two of this. So I have a question: if my insert got old or broke, and I send it back to you guys, will you give me a new gold plated insert?
Hi Aaron, you have two really nice lighters! If your gold plated insert is broken you can send it in and we will replace it with a brand new gold plated insert.
Do you hire males to fix lighters? It looks, like all women. Why is that?
@@ofthedawn interesting question...
How much money? Thanhk
Are this lighter is real gold plated or its just a golden lighter which look like a gold or plated?
The lighter case and insert are both real gold plated.
How much for the zippo
เอามายั่วใจอีกแล้วเฮีย..
Why isn't much of these latest designs & collectibles available in India
Product availability and launch date varies by market. Please feel free to reach out to your local distributor to ask if the product will be available: www.zippo.in/contact-information
Zippo
I bought 3 lighters from them but all were kind of used my first order of street chrome which had its loose hinge and the cap and Flint wheel was jammed(they replaced it afterwards), another order of new Veterian brass lighter which has multiple scratches and the Zippo scrip lighter had scratches and dent. Despite of the local distributer which you mentioned saying they imported fresh lighters I don't think they were as like new brand Packed lighters should be.
When is being released?
It's available right now Brad: www.zippo.com/products/2018-collectible-of-the-year
Yo were do I buy one keep in mind I don't have a bank or anything just cash plzz help
They’ll probably only take debt but just but a reloadable debt card and you’ll be fine,
Does Zippo do this yearly?
We sure do! Our 2019 Collectible will be available very soon.
@@zippo Excellent
@@zippo Do you have a online archive of them all. I can't find a wiki or anything. I just want to see each year and find out when zippo started doing it.

I really wish they would do something other than plated/coated Zippos. I like the plain brass and copper versions, but where are the stainless steel and aluminum Zippos at? Really not a fan of the finish/plating wearing off. Just a personal preference I know, but still. I would honestly prefer a Zippo that tarnishes naturally, rather than having some sort of coating or plating on it. it just doesn't feel like a good investment if the finish is not going to last. Just my humble opinion.
Thanks for sharing! Our product development team is constantly trying out new materials and finishes. In the past, we've done copper, steel, and titanium. We do actually have some precious metals available now: www.zippo.com/pages/product-guide-precious-metals
The Sterling Silver ones are nice, I'll have to think about getting one of those. I guess I would still just like to see a consistent line of stainless steel and/or aluminum Zippos. Like, I'm sure there would be a market in the "survivalist/prepper" community for a stainless Zippo. Plus it would be nice for customizing with heat bluing or cold bluing for instance. Plus. a nice stainless steel with the Zippo floral paisley, or some kind of pearling, or "Cote de Geneve" engraving would be really nice in my opinion. Same for Aluminum. It would be nice to have some interesting knurled or ridged patterns (either milled or cast) that could then be custom anodized or heat colored as well. Maybe I'll just have to settle for getting a Sterling Silver one custom engraved for now. Thank you for the reply and the info!
Oh well, I guess while I'm on the subject, (and have the 1 in a million chance that someone from Zippo will actually read this) (thank you!) I would also really like to see a brass Zippo with a full size Windy engraving someday. All I can find nowadays are ones with a small sized Windy on the lower section of the lighter, or ones where the illustration Is enlarged, so she's cut off at the waist. They're not bad, and I'll probably get at least one of them someday, but I would really like to see just a full-sized Windy engraving (lid to lower (even a mirror image on the reverse, so both sides are engraved) on brass. (picture references for what I mean by "full size" WIndy : 1) www.armynavydeals.com/products/60285_lrg.jpg and 2) www.c1k.com/images/zip/205CI003199.jpg ) Something like that engraved on one side (or both) in brass. I know I can't have everything I wish for, but just figured, If you never ask, you'll never know right? Thanks again.
Hi Shoc, we'll pass on the request to have more variety in our metals.
SWEET! Thank you! You guys Rock! I bought my first Zippo when I was about 16. Now I'm in my mid-Thirties, and I still have it. I just recently got back into them again, and have started a little collection (just a couple more for now, but there a few more I have my eye on) (I think I found an engraved Sterling one that I'm going to save up for thanks to you!) So thank you for replying to my post. I wasn't expecting any kind of response, and you guys showed me that you really DO care about the customer, and the quality of the product you provide. You've made me a fan all over again Thank you!
