I love spinach, can you use collards as well, if you cant get certain greens? I really am greatful for 23 and Me... finding out my ancestral DNA and learning my background is Nigerian has me so happy and excited to learn all i can!
You can Google waterleaf, you will see the leaf I am talking about. Cooking afang soup, you can only use waterleafs or spinach for afang soup. I don't know anything about green.
