The bowl has to be frozen for 24 hours. If you want to put fruit in it you have to cook it down then chill it for 2 hours. Then mix it all together, put it in the frozen bowl. It will immediately freeze to the sides. You can get the mass of it out after twenty minutes, but the walls of the bowl are lined with rock hard frozen yogurt. I'm sending mine back. Too much work. Twenty minutes plus 24 to 26 hours of prep.

You need to tell people the container needs to be frozen over night! Making ice cream does NOT take 20 mins!
