Content creation is the most risky business to put ur hopes in, esp in Kenya, coz Kenyans are mad audience 😂, one time they will follow u, next day they'll drop u, and u know content creation u rely on these fans:-kenyans,(mad pple 😂). So if at any time u get a chance to go viral and u start pocketing some cash out of it, oh pliz, plan it well, u might need it to start another business, coz content creation is risky, u don't know what the "mad pple" will wake up on. Also remember, content is like fashion, today pple like this, tomorrow they need different thing.

Desagu lost it when he started acting like a rich comedian, maintaining the authenticity is what would have made him stay in the lime light, it's where all of the comedians go wrong
He did so many different contents at a go which left fans confused
Hmm the CZcams algorithm can also play a number on you. If the algorithm doesn't recommend you, no one is going to actively look for your latest content. Whatever content is recommended will eat up their time before they think of/remember you.
I believe/hope that CZcams doesn't do this, but another platform I know actively suppresses content based on unknown criteria. They can effectively "kill" your digital self, without suspending your account i.e a like a "shadow ban".

Desagu content is still legit. Only that today's content creators use deceptive titles to have more views. Again use of vulgar language, spreading unverified information...its like every content creator is a reporter. online wars by celebrities also attract views nowadays. Rise again bro.

As Andrew Kibe usually says, when one gets a girlfriend that is when he stops working hard or being consistent in his content and in his work. This is true, especially if the girlfriend gotten is not God-given. Some people have been able to succeed with their wives by their side, for example, Njugush and Abel Mutua, while some have had their careers end once they got together with certain women. For instance, Bahati's gospel music career ended and his secular music is quite struggling. Secondly, Bahati had a reality TV show but it ended and now the reality show that is trending is Diana's show. Xtian Dela became lazy on content once he got a girlfriend, now he is kind of a dead brand. In my own opinion, the same thing has happened to Desagu. I was one of Desagu's earliest followers from 2017 when his channel was not commonly known. I could see a lot of potential in the guy. At the height of his success, as it is common to most great achievers, he got a girlfriend by the name Jackie. Now, that is when (from my observation) he stopped being as consistent as he was before. The downfall of many men is usually women, especially the wrong women.

Most of the people that used to watch and make views have opened their own channels
Every content creator will at one point burn out and run out of ideas or just get tired of doing it..at first it is exciting but after years of doing same thing you start to not enjoy it anymore..and i think thats what happened to desagu
Once endorsements start streaming in that is the end of a commedian. Kenyan comedians shoupd learn to go slow with endorsements or else once we the viewers start seeing our favourite commedian selling to us plots and promoting betting companies we swiftly move on.
Desagu just failed to evolve..crazy kennar nd flaqo came and showed us a different more sophisticated type of comedy..
It's not an issue of evolving, the guy was likable any content he posted I subscribed to it. Problems came in when he stopped posting for a long time. Ofcose he returned but was not consistent as before
