Great bike and nice video, Werner. You must have a real tolerant wife to mount the tyres in the kitchen. Let me give you some advice for mounting tyres the next time: I do such work mainly in the summertime, butting the rubber (or whole tyre) in the hot sun so the rubber becomes really smooth. Then I use some dish soap to mount the rings over the rim, When one side is on the rim, I pump some air in the tube, only as much that the tube has some round shape to prevent bruises and but it in the tyre. Put the small valve nipple through the hole in the rim and mount the nut only on the first view threads. Now comes the tricky part, to get the second ring on the rim, use again some dish soap and start on the opposite side from the valve. Work around the rim in both direction to the valve, so that you have on each side nearly the same distance left to the valve. Now you have to get the ring of the Tyre in the deeper area of the rim, I usually stand with my feets on the tyre at the position where I start mounting the second ring (this was on the opposite side from the valve). Make shure that the ring is in the deeper area of the rim and the valve ist far enough in the rim, now you can mount the last part up to the valve with your mounting levers. In this way a did some great work from a bicycle tyre up to a tractor tyre, but at the tractor tyre my body weight was too less, so I use some other help.
