I genuinely love jasper! If I had made her I definitely would’ve made her eyes more contrasting, but like I adore her and desperately want a doll just like her now!!
I have a 2020 CYO with the smaller left eye on the Josefina face mold. It looks like that is how the mold is now done verses being an error that can be replaced.
People can be so funny with the heterochromia on the CYO dolls. Some people like to do it because it is an option.

I'm sorry your doll hospital return went so badly for you! Casey's eyes are really off! (even I can see it!) Jasper is cute to me but, personally, I would have made them really contrasting. Like green and light brown or blue and green! Then, the intentions of the design would be more obvious! Don't the doctors at AG do a final quality control before packing them up?🙃 Hopefully, it can all be resolved!!!
I did not expect the 3 dolls to come with some sort of defect 😭😭😭 so disappointing, I hope you can get replacements

Did you send these in before or after they changed the name of the doll hospital??
I just sent 3 in...2 that I got off eBay, and Nellie from our personal collection. Nellie and one of the others where just in for the wellness visit, but the other one was a total doll replacement, as the hair was cut and had issues. Now I'm a little concerned for when they return.

When somebody has different colored eyes, that is called heterochromia.
