I switch between two characters I created. The one in the profile picture and another one. I still have 18 other characters saved. But I don't really use them. Not anymore at least. I have my two characters now. It took me until season 4 until I had them.

Super late response? Sure! But in all seriousness, yes. I'm sure you know this by now, but you earn XP by playing matches. You gain more by completing missions. They also do this event called "Ninjala Pass Matsuri" once in awhile which grants 3× during the event
